Me and my sister have been discussing this, but why do most folks feel like pastors have to pass their church/ministry on to their children(mainly sons) If you look at most churchs big and small, it seems like the pastors son is always groomed/expected to "inherit" tge church like they would the family business?

@Clemsonshawty Well, most recently, alot of ppl must've thought that when Bishop Kenneth Moales passed, that his son would inherit his organization, BUT, to our surprise, it was tunred over to Bishop Hezekiah Walker to take over. So, sometimes, the torch isn't passed to the next of kin! But, I guess it's done sometimes, to keep some sort of "legacy" going. Bottom line, if that pastors kid ain't saved and livin' for the Lord, and if they are but just ain't ready, they shouldn't get NOTHIN'!!
