  • Hey there!

Kids are a joy! I definitely think having my nephew and son HELPS me stay active, he he he.

I agree- my trainer wants my heart rate to AT LEAST be in the 140s when I'm training with kettlebells. If I'm walking, it will take me twice as long to get a result than if I jog. My cool heart rate monitor beeps when I'm too "low" or too "high."

Yes, I ate sooooooooo late that day- and it was a shake!!!!!!!! :)

Oh, and I weigh myself morning and evening. It's a 1 to 2 pound difference!

  • Your doing great, I love this video. When do you weigh yourself? In the morning or evening? I think your sustained heart hate needs to be higher. I am thinking from 150 to 160. Please check your zones. Did you eat after that workout, which means you ate after 9 pm? Just looking out for you! Again, love the video, kids are so cute! I would not mind having one of my own, but alas no... hopefully someday, when I am thin.
