you know they are too worried with the new generation of movies that are over made, like to much action and explosions, and Daniel is that kind of actor but, the Bond series i love it not because of the action itself but the style, the English guy, classy, with those crazy cars, and crazy inventions, surrounded by hot girls. Craig was dressed like a homeless for the most part of the last movie, and the girl wasnt hot. I prefer BROSNAN!!

Why do people have a problem with Daniel Craig?

He portrays the novel version of Bond, and is also suppose to be Bond at the beginning of his 007 status (while the other actors were later versions of Bond).

Personally, I love Craig as 007. He's more realistic & developed.

Brosnan and Connery are tied as my second place.

Daniel Craig and Pierce Brosnan and my faves. What I like about Daniel is that he has abs, which i think Bond should have, but Pierce has everything else. My fave Bond movies are Goldeneye and Die another Day, my favourite Bond girls being Xenia Onatopp and Miranda Frost. Halle Berry is one of my favourite Hollywood actresses but I did NOT liek the hair in Die another Day.

Craig is an excellent Bond with great movies, Brosnan is also a great bond, but with really bad bond movies, except from goldeneye.. Seriously? You put Roger Moore AFTER George Lazenby? I'm not fan of Moore either, but Lazenby has rightfully deserved the title as the worst Bond-actor of all time and he even has only one movie to show for it.

Beside all that you say Brosnan only had one good movie, which was "Goldeneye"? I HATED "The World is Not Enough" and I didn't care too much for his last either, but "Tomorrow Never Dies" was awesome!

I've admired and applauded all the actor's perfomances in this role over the decades, although I do have a nostalgic fondness for Connery because "Thunderball" was the first film I saw in a theater as a boy and I'll never forget it. However, T Dalton was/is closer to the Bond described in Fleming's books by far and has always been underrated. Casting ,finding the right actor to fill Bonds shoes has always been a main obstacle and challenge for the producers and I think they've done pretty well.

For me the Best James Bond is Pierce Brosnan I read some books of Fleming tales and Brosnan was the best to play the role.But he is too old.Sean Connery was perfect for the period 60-70.But for now after Daniel Craig I think that the next James Bond were one of Colin Farrel or Christian Bale if he leaves the Batman role..For Me another great actor for James Bond is Jake Gillenhal but I aspect to watch next year Prince of Persia to judge his prove.
