I'm baffled-is America this generic? I listened to all of her songs&guess the sob story got to ppl-I'd say Josh's sobs were far heavier and he didn't victimize anyone. Granted, I skipped Rene because the few I heard of him grated me, but after hearing Uninvited, which was utterly haunting and brilliantly harmonized, this was like "wow, listen to her karaoke" followed by R. Kelly actually smashing it to bits as I expect from a superstar. I loved the commercial (Super Bowl) but not for the voice.
