There have been several good come-backs over the years. I think Gutted would be one worth seeing live. Someone needs to contact these guys and talk them into a reunion. I know they're from Ohio somewhere.
I actually saw Mike Ditch ( the guitarist) at a restuarant last night. Those dudes are the furtherist from metal as you could be now. They're all rockabilly now. One of my friends talked to them a couple years back and they wanted to have nothing to do with anything about Gutted. I saw them a millions times back in the day. I have their original demo when the were called Demi-God, before the other tape came out. Great band, but they want nothing to do with metal now.
They got ripped off by producers who couldn't properly distrubute their music which led to not enough revenue to survive. Sadly if they came out now they would have no problems based on our current technology. Gutted is the all time best unsung hero for Death Metal. Brutal!!!
