@100inkersell "half the people living in tent cities have no idea how they got there." You're right. Those who loose the most from these "private pyramid schemes" (i.e. Bankers' ponzi schemes) are those who have no idea of the amount of manipulation and outright lies by those who control governments and the bankers themselves.
You can live the same lifestyle on a million than you can with a billion it's just that they squander it more when they have a billion, I would cap the fat bastards
This just makes me laugh, 1000 Billionaires ! How many Billionares does it take until they hold the entire economy in their accounts? Or is it just a matter of printing more money by the bamk, who of course went bust but got bailed out by invisible money hahaha great stuff "meanwhile there is millions starving" just take the money off the billionaires and give it to the poor or you could try the Venus project way
Thje global bank she talks about, at the end, is the Federal Reserve Bank. Of course, they have caused this. They will control everyone with THEIR system.... Are we ready for the micro chip that will allow everyone to BUY, SELL, or TRADE??? Where does THIS concept come from? It is near..... NOW, take your number and go sit down.... Good citizen....
During 2001 recession, they asked the public to step up to the plate and dig ourselves out. We DID and they stole our investments again. I heard some retarded politician on TV a week ago, saying for us to "invest" again.... What will happen is the public will do it again and they will steal our last dollar, then we will truly be finished.... Total economic slavery is very near, my friends.... :-(
Oh my gosh!...The clown is completely daft. "The standard of living has increased" Who is he kidding? What a moron! 85%+ of the housing in San Francisco is rental housing; this could happen everywhere. In the mid 1960's one could purchase a home anywhere in the state of California on a minimum wage job--approximately $1.50 per hr. One of my daughters has a studio apt.in S,F. She pays $900 per month. That's your entire paycheck from a minimum wage job. Dude is either a liar or an idiot, or both.
@dontblockmedk Communism doesn't work on a grand scale. It goes against human nature. As long as there are those who have to have power over others, more things than others, more attention than others, are selfish, etc. These things you mention won't happen. Humanity needs to grow up and that means some kind of DNA changes, but then, we won't be the human race, we know, today... Are we ready for that? Probably not....
@L This has NOTHING AT ALL to do with communism. The REAL questions.
1 Can we produce ABUNDANT food, water, energy, etc for everyone or not?
2 Do we have the technology to automate most of the work or not?
If no, prove it.
If yes, 'money for labor' is OBSOLETE. So the only logical system is to produce abundance and just distribute it. There can only be force when there is NOT enough for everyone, ONLY with abundance EVERYONE is FREE. GET IT.
@dontblockmedk The system you describe IS communistic. If you study up on communism, you will quickly understand why I am saying my statement. Either that, or it is about survival and folks are going to hoard their "extra" so if the time comes, when they need it, they will have it and not have to beg, borrow, steal, or go to war, to have what they need. I read and understand what you wrote, but I really don't get your point. Where are you trying to go with this conversation....

How can that goofball from NewOak Capital claim that the monetary system is not a Ponzi scheme when the value of financial assets is hundreds if not thousands of times the value of all assets on the planet. These people are such boldfaced liars you would think they would be embarrassed. He says our conditions are unbearable but we should be happy they are not worse? We should be focused on improving the economic system and instilling some Justice in how we allocate resources and ownership.
well, it's good for a generation because they counteract political systems and have power, but it should be broken up after the generation to like where the kids only get 100,000 and cannot go into that company or anything of relation I wish that we'd rank our societies instead of just money so that they'd get their "place" without taking need and chance to rank away from other people bc that's what they do now via monopolies.

unfortunately money is far more then we think it is.
btw. I thought (I'm pretty sure about this) that jobs come late into a recovery. So talking about jobs is premature. I mean the unemployment rate will stay high until a while into a regular recovery. And should take longer by far here due to the severity of the recession. Real question of course is what the US will look like 10 years after China eclipses it. I understand how tiny postage stamp countries like the NL can be service only, or even perhaps UK... but the US? how does that work?
a bit off topic, but I remember watching Russia Today around the same time as the US was trying to pass TARP... It was about having a nice day relaxing at a yacht club in Moscow (apparently there is one) ... so the TV host said that prices her are affordable, even to someone on my salary. So she orders a $1000 crab from the far east. Yes, she was blonde...

Ayn Rand offered an alternative, but as always, anything that threatens the hierarchy, is first infiltrated, then destroyed or corrupted.

Ron's argument is poor - yes there has been some improvements in quality of life but these have come from advancements in science and technology not from these financial parasites - that's like abusive parents saying we must be doing a great job because our child is larger, stronger, and smarter at 14 than he was at 4- we do need financial but to loan money at reasonable rates, with reasonable risks, for the purpose of increased productivity.
Incorrect, NOT THE RICHEST, THE VATICAN, QUEEN OF ENGLAND, ROTHCHILDS ETC. ARE THE TRILLIONAIRES IN THE WORLD!! Billionaires is chump change in comparison!!!Please don't insult our intelligence!!

Money property system is ROOT of ALL problems, it creates/exploits scarcity, never creates enough jobs, allows people on top to control everyone/thing
1. people need food, water, energy, etc.
2. sharing all resources and knowledge allows maximum cooperative efficiency
3. creating an abundance of all our needs makes money, gov, crime obsolete
4. automating the production distribution, frees up humanity to no longer be wage slaves to governments or corporations

@remfrancis oh... how I do hate anti- Ayn Rand propaganda. Ayn Rand was a brilliant mind, who totally predicted the outcome of this Collectivist, Keynesian system. Always the hero in her books or other treatise, had got to their positions of success through their own sweat, not through corrupt cronyism, like what succeeds today. Ayn Rand offered an alternative, but as always, anything that threatens the hierarchy, is first infiltrated, then destroyed or corrupted.

Peter, Please deal with Ayn Rand, and her idea behind Atlas Shrugged. Surely that is what is going on in the world. She was Russian after all, and her friends in the Objectivist movement were behind the present mess (Greenspan etc) ........

Alisa Rosenbaun was not a Russian, she was a Russian Jew. She was Khazarian. In addition she was a Jewish Aitheist whatever the hell that means.

It is ironic that a Mexican, Carlos Slim, is the richest person in the world, when thousands of Mexicans died crossing the border every year!
cerritoboy 1 year ago 7
@cerritoboy He's the richest man in the world because he taxes the people to death. That's why thousands if not millions of Mexicans continue to flea to the US. A deadly endless cycle of rabbits breeding and butchered for the King to eat.
