  • Will camo help me out in WROL? Thks

  • Get ready for martial law! (NDAA)

  • ILLUMINATI SURVIVAL GUIDE

  • what state you from?

  • A Great advice.

  • I think he does provide information - his telling you the whys! That is the basis of all plans. Unless you know WHY your planning your plan isnt going to be right.

  • no offense, but this video did not provide ANY information or helpful instructions in case of disaster. all you talk is about how it is important to have a plan.

    very pointless video.

  • I started watching this guy after seeing this video watch?v=Klqv9t1zVww

  • Does the boonie hat make you a survivalist? (note to self: get boonie hat)

Seriously though, people should be as best prepared for emergencies as they can possibly be, and that means something different to everyone depending on where you are geographically located. Financial collapse is going to happen, the dollar has been on a steady decline and the Treasury just keeps printing more worthless paper, which pushes it's value further into the ground.

  • Kev, You really need to get a girlfriend. Get a Life.

  • hahahahahhahahah i saved this to my favorites and i keep playing 1:19 over and over and over again hahahahhahahahahahhahahahahhahahahahahahahhaha my BBQ wood

  • Walmart should be in your plan.

  • @mstoxicme doest he look like bruce from family guy, the guy who goes "ooohhh nooo"

  • We can imagine what the early colonists considered about firearms. That was in a time when Great Britain had complete control. Firearms would be the best deterrence for the preservation of rights as ENGLISHMEN, mind you. Originally, we fought for our rights as citizens of England, but alas, it just could not work that way.

I believe every citizen should reserve their 2nd Amendment rights, lest some foreigner with a gun crushes you.

  • the zombies will only provide us with entertainment and an outlet for our aggresion. remember to double tap!

  • How can you practice plans if your family thinks your nuts?

  • The problem is people want to see instant results. You say the price of food will go up. And little by little it creeps up forcing you to buy generics. And you point it out to them, and do they listen? There is a saying about people like this in Hopi prophecy of these times we are about to enter, for they have no soul in their eyes.. nor ears to hear nor eyes to see. These people are lost, and you are waisting your time, hence the name THE GREAT PURIFICATION.

  • Doesn't really have to be anything 'global' or long-term. Just having some extra stocked food and water can be handy. What if a hurricane hits? What if some drunk driver crashes into a main line down the road and knocks power out in your area? Lots of things can happen. Sleeping bags. Water bottles. Backpacks. Dry foods. Toilet paper. First aid. Prescriptions. It's not hard to be ready for something if you set aside some minimal time and think about your immediate needs.

  • You talk about plans like this alot. Your biggest fear will be people coming to take what is yours. Plain and simple. America is filled with guns, People will be moving your way in the case of catostrophic event. Just to take what is yours.

3 years worth of food won't make a difference when people faced with a harsh winter start coming your way.

  • these ppl on here are idiots missing the point of this post man.

Good Video. And bbq in a pit is the best :)

  • I don't care how much emergency food, water and other items you have stored up and collected. If you live in a hurricane prone region and you live in a mobile home, you are not prepared for a hurricane. If you can't shelter in place in a well built home, you are still at a disadvantage.

A totally prepared person will be able to shelter in his own home and not have to evacuate for high wind reasons.

  • wat bot teh zombyz?

  • Sometimes people are living in the now and the future will just have to wait.....

  • He forgot to list zombie outbreak.

  • Buy the best grain mill you can afford and find a good wholesale bulk grain and bean outlet like Whole Foods Market. Pick up a copy of the Foxfire series, The Surviver series, pay attention to this vlog, and get magazines like Backwoods Home magazine. There`s a good start.

  • Also, grow a garden. Get some newspaper, collect all your neighbors yard waste, go to the local coffee yuppie joint and arrange to take away all their waste coffee grounds, and spread the paper out on your stupid lawn, dump all the organic stuff you can get ahold of onto your stupid lawn, and water the begeebers out of it. In the spring you will have the best composted vegetable garden in your neighborhood. No rototilling needed.

  • Just be going through your basic preparedness junk. Keep your firearms working, keep an eye on what your neighbors have lying around that you may need, and ask if they`re for sale (by the way, I don`t know if anyone said this, but, your neighbors are your best survival tool- I don`t care what anyone thinks- and you may be theirs- make as many good friends as you can- don`t talk politics, religion or child rearing with them- just important stuff that you both will need when the balloon goes up).

  • @1fanger "Your neighbors are your best survival tool". That is an excellent point. Get to know the good reliable people in your area who are of good character. Far better to have allies and someone watching your back (and you theirs). Turning your home into a one-man fortress is the first impluse but building good alliances is better. You can help them and they can help you. One of the BEST survival tools in any toolkit! Be prepared, but don't come across as some kind of loner nut.

  • 1st thing: take all your supplies to the 2nd floor. 2nd: Tie a rope upstairs or get a ladder. 3rd: Destroy the stairs. 4: Climb up to the second floor. Now this plan is assuming its old school Romero zombies and not the new ones that can jump and run. But seriously I would be one of the ones in the FEMA camps if something big went wrong. Which may be better than a football stadium like the folks in New Orleans. The nearest forest to me is a 2 hour drive in no traffic so camping would be hard.

  • Plans, hell yes. My folks sit on 10 acres land with 2 fresh water wells, a pond full of catfish and bass. Theres about 200 + acres of woods that surround their land full deer and turkey. Just have to start trading with those cousin kissers that live in those woods. lol

  • i really like your videos...have you ever read PATRIOTS by James Weasley Rawls?

  • ZOMBIES!!!

  • then only a handful of us would exist in shoppin malls(dawn of the dead),army would stay in bunkers(day of the dead) and us rural ppl would build a barracade and survive off walmarts and the land if possible, btw we hav lots of guns and ammo

  • quit being a smartass, this could actually happen cause we have a black guy for a president.

  • youre a fucking racist idiot!!!!

  • Comment removed

  • Ok ok lets say theoretically "zombies" did exist and start spreading whatever kinda disease they have (which btw wouldn't have an imediate affect it would take days to kill someone and turn them like all diseases), the government and military would lock that shit down so fast you would have no clue, areas would be quarantined and no doubt carpet bombed if necassary .

It wouldn't get past a town or two. Maybe a city.

    Besides the idea is rediculous.

  • shut up!

    hes cool : )

  • I started the end of last year collecting thing, Started with Ammo and it grew to a entire attic full of stuff. Everyday i think of something new i should throw in my survival boxes. Boyscouts teach kids to be prepared, as adults we should know that.

  • In 1998 hear in Quebec there was an ice storm, most people freaked (it lasted 30+ days no power) did not know what to do, those with a fire place were okay, I stayed at my in laws, I was just married young and no home. Now I'm prepared.

  • you'd think with all tha disasters that have happened in the last few years, that people would be more prepared. think KATRINA people!

Think of the basics: SHELTER, FOOD, WATER.

    Great video kev.

    I just hope SOMEONE listens!

  • The basics to me are...

    Get brains.

    Don't panic.

I found that after that, much of it falls into place !

  • yo if you guys wanna criticize him for trying to help your dumbasses prepare for disasters, then go get some freakin lives

  • what's your zombie plan?

  • Haha. Good call!

  • grab my guns and family,12 guage(20 shells),revolver(37 rounds) and head 2 my walmart and on the way is a national guard armory, tanks, machine guns, and mortars and load up and btw it isnt possible but realistic, but if it was wed turn 2 nuclear war on ourselves destroyin all huge cities and rebuild

  • im tlkin bout zombies

  • imagine the look on the doubters face when something like this happens! No more smirk! My family will be warm and cozy!

  • with a screen name like swamphollow u shudnt open ur mouth

  • its called a hotel rambo.

  • funny, but not what hes talking about but iits okay to be ignorant

  • its only gonna get worse, i should of prepared my self!!!!!!!!!!!

  • o god i remember that strom no power for two and a half weeks

  • kev rules-he tells the truth-please be prepared-the country is really in bad shape-read the Constitution-it really is scary!

  • The Horsemen are coming.

  • Face it folks. Believe in Jesus coming back or not. Collapse and disaster is coming, we all need to prepare. Disarming of America, financial collapse (rev17), we all need to figure out what we will do when these soon coming events face us. God help us all. All amunition in our town is sold out!

  • guns don't kill-people kill-why are theregun laws when there are no laws on butcher knives or baseball bats?

  • Because heres the thing dude. It takes the intent to kill with a knife or a baseball bat. IT takes alot of intent. A gun on the other hand takes very little intent. It kind of takes care of that problem for you. Pull the trigger, and if the it's pointed at someone whether you want to kill them or not, at that point it's out of your hands. That's people with a lot of intent, can kill 20 people with a gun. I don't agree with the gun laws, but that is why, they have them.

  • i personally think its more along the lines of that guns are very effective at killing, and were designed to do so, so thats why most murders are with guns. and because theyre the most widely used, they get the laws banning. butcher knives on the other hand, dont get laws because theyre used far more often for things like cooking, than killing.

is this right or wrong? idk. this is just my 2 cents

  • I can kill with a knife. I watched an amish(idk how to spell that) boy about 18 or 19 jump from a tree about 10 ft and cut a does throat.

  • That's funny man. Idk if that's true, but im not claimin it isnt. idk if i could cut the throat of a deer like that myself.

  • swine Flu and a finacial collaps

  • I think everyone should watch this video, it really makes a point to show that people really need to consider the plain and simple fact, "You never know what will happen in the future", which is very much true.

    Another great video!

  • Excellent video. Where I live almost everyone owns at least one gun or more. Most people hunt and we know how to live off the land. Thank you for sharing your videos. Willa

  • i like you hunin vedeos

  • What state do you live?

  • So because he urges people to think ahead and plan..he's insane? Have you ever heard of the fable "the grasshopper and the ant"? We are ants...you remind me of the grasshopper.

  • I like the way you think!

  • idk about you people but to be honest a gun ban is a dumb thing to even think about. think about it. do you think its going to stop criminals from getting them? NO. Is heroin legal? no. Do they still get it? yes. The black market is their blood line and you can't stop that. A gun ban would only be taking the weapons out of the good guys hands to defend against the criminals who illegaly smuggle them into this country.

  • I hear you on that one, totally accurate. Bans and prohibitions always fail and waste honest taxpaying money.

  • We have just had a rash of shootings where I live. My local newspaper polled its readers on whether we need more gun laws. Only about 18% responded "yes". The rest said variously, "No. We don't even enforce the laws we have now," "No. We need more people with arms to protect themselves," and "No. Don't mess with the second amendment." I live in a very bipartisan area, so I don't think these results are biased. American people aren't the problem. It's our lazy and self-serving politicians.

  • Well said.

  • Hit the mark well!!

  • @braudzilla08 well said

  • Does a duck fly south to survive the harsh realities of winter?

  • lot of questions and not enough answers. Guess thats all for another video

  • 10****** bro..very good!

    doc

  • to me you look like that guy from reno 911

  • I can be overwhelming trying to get a comprehensive survival retreat (or even a bug out bag) together. I have come to the conclusion that I will keep at it and just do the best I can with what I have and try to continually improve my gear and stocks of food, and other supplies.

  • If you and yer family go one day and night pretending you don't have heat or electricity - that will be good start of knowing what you need.

  • i was hit by the ice storm he mentioned. its not fun. the biggest concerns were heating your house and not backfeeding electricity into the lines with a generator and killing line workers. Generators are real helpful in those situations.

  • This is a very smart thing to keep in mind. So many people have no idea what they would do if something had every happened such as house fires. People need to have some plan so if something ever happened they could survive.

  • wow . has anybody read or watched the postman? Its like you have all given up. me and mine and all that. you have no Idea. do any of you live out west? hope you can retain your humanity you sickos god will be our judge. please don't come to oregon and avoide eastern oregon your lives such as it were may depend on it. help anyone you can or die trying.

  • plans are great but bad plans wont work

  • one guy is not going to save america

  • Ill save America

  • how come you havent been making videos recently like you have been doing..... i love your vids and i was wanting to see more but your only recent one was waterbone and plans.

  • Once you fully understand the situation in the United States you can no longer remain unprepared. I am getting out of the populated area I am in with my two kids and pets, and going far far far north, to a place we have where we can grow indoors and we can heat with wood. We are also prepared for a biological or chemical event. People around here think I am nuts. I wish them the best. If you can get lost in the woods...do it. Survive. See you on the other side friends.

  • I don't live in the boonies, so all my food is at the PIG right down the street from where I live, if power goes out. If their was to be a nuke anywhere near my city I would rob the pig if I survived, and any other items I need from any other store...LOL

  • Hep Cat; I ain't really got anything but a 4X4 Jeep always full of gas, Briggs&Stratton generator, a wood burning heater made out of two 5L Heineken Kegs, Two months worth of dehydrated foods,(for one person), 12 Gauge Shotgun, .177 Pellet Gun, a SweetWater Water Purification system, w/replacement filter/prefilter, complete freshwater fly fishing gear and Forty Eight Antibacterial Bath Cloths to suit me for when the Schummer<--(missspelled), hits the fan. Oh Yea, forgot about the 48 cans Chili.

  • if i woke up to a disaster i would do the chicken dance in my popeye boxers out in the street. then i woul dring my neighbors doorbell pinch my nipples while singing God Bless America and run away. I would run into the local mini-mart and throw all the milk gallons into the air while screaming "GOT MILK? GOT MILK?" Then I'd run up to the first black person I saw and scream "WELL I GUESS THE MAGIC NEGRO AINT SO MAGIC NOW IS HE?". Finally, Id bake a warm apple pie and have sex with it. Im retarded

  • RetardedAdult,

That there was probably just about the most epic comment on YouTube ever.

Congradulations, you have won the internets!

  • yay

  • Im in Michigan. It is 25 degrees outside. It is march 1. Half of my garden is already planted in the house. The other half I will plant after the last frost. I have enough wood to burn for about a month. I converted my garage to an auto workshop. If my small biz dies I am going to be an auto mechanic out of my garage. Enough drinking water to last about two weeks is stored...looking at buying bulk food this month to store for about 3 months of provisions. Hows that for planning so far?...

  • You're an idiot.

  • who and why?

  • uhmm... bubonic plague? what? more like h5n1 or sars not bubonic plague. & how is a wall of stacked wood going to spare your life against thermonuclear holocaust?

  • SymAmineC8H11N - the firewood is an example. Perhaps you would care to share your long term cooking techniques on the forum? Right now, at this very second, I can cook for over a month without electricity or propane.

  • yeah, i know sorry about that i was being a little bit of an ass... you're right wood stoves are much more economical than propane, natural gas, & electricity etc. where i live i can get loads of cords for free from my d.p.w. i'm just a little sick of it 'cause i had to stack a whole lot of it last winter lol...

  • what would you suggest for a means of trade in a sustained crisis? In other words, would you keep something like precious metals for goods?

Im slowly getting ready for either the collapse of the dollar or massive civil unrest within the year. Not talking crazy, but its enough concern to start weapons training and stock piling things that will come in handy. Like your Posts.

  • You can be prepared to the most common situations, but not for all the possibilities: thats impossible.

I just want to know WHO can surviver a thermonuclear holocaust. Can you?

  • uhmm... possibly those who have made homes out of decommissioned icbm silos & perhaps the executive & legislative branch of our govt.

  • ok... these guys can...

  • my plan is to down a gelatin capsule full of cyanide before they can take me alive =)

  • Don't take the easy way out. Go out in a blaze of glory!!!

Or do the smart thing and communicate with fellow, like minded citizens and formulate a defensive (or offensive) strategy for your area.

    Don't tread on me!

  • yeah, i'd fight till the end for a worthy 'cause, but.... just to survive isn't all that incouraging since our country is already destroyed. a blaze of glory would be more like fighting alongside chechen mujahideen & die happily in the mountains of kavkaz

  • Its been in the crapper since the early 1900's, I'd just like to see more Americans excited about taking it back.

The next few months will be very important as the President is currently working on legislation to nationalize all US farms and to tighten restrictions on firearms. I wonder who will fire the first shot..

  • 1st shot @ what? the obama bin biden deity? you'll need like a 1/2" weapon in order for it to be a lethal 1. like a barrett m82a1 or some shit, but i.... wouldn't bother i mean its too much of a damn coincidence

  • What I mean is.. will it be the citizenry who take action first or the military industrial complex?

And I don't plan on taking out any politicians personally. We'll just have to see how things turn out.

  • why do i have to enter into the real world now? why....

  • we dont need to tighten the restrictions on firearms, thats the main thing i hate about obama

  • lol absolutely, its all about assessing your environment and having a basic backup, its like having a spare wheel + medical kit in your car. Building a bunker + stockpiling food/weps is just crazy, especially when the chance of you dying on a road accident is considerably higher yet its a risk you take every single day without a second thought.

  • We had no power for 17 days during the ice storm that hit central MA. I'm glad it wasn't a major disaster but in a way I am happy. I got a chance to say I told you so to my friends and family who usually mock me when I talk about my preps. Now they're asking me for advice.

  • it's too bad they had to be "slapped in the face" with some reality to realize the importance of being prepared. what ever happened to the boy scout mentality of always being prepared in this nation?

you're a good man for being ready and a better man for helping others get that way, keep up the good work!

  • good man

  • lol is this seth galafiniakis?

  • ...be prepared.

  • As far as nucular war goes I wouldint want to survive that. A bullet to the head i my plan for that. If you think about it. Acid rain, fallout, radio active wind. Yeah, Your gonna wanna survive that. Even if you did the world would probly be lawless and so chaotic that there would be no governments anymore. and everyone would be stealing, killing, rapeing young women and sofourth.

  • I was prepared for that icestorm. I gave my genarator to a friend last year *he needs to sleep with a breatheing machine no power meens no breatheing for him* and I never got a new one. But I did have kerosene heaters and propane stoves and I kept my food in a ice chest outside. I still had running water thank god but if I didnt I woulda gone and filterd it from the stream and boiled it and had water. So yeah, its always good to have a plan.

  • Sounds like the Ice storm we had here in KY/TN, I followed the same (almost) plan you did, but we had no water. My BOB helped a lot.

  • I heard about these ice storms, but I live in GA :), so it seems I'd best prepare for dehydration during the summer when it can easily get up past 100 degrees

  • im just a kid and i agree i wen throw the ice storm licky my power stade on

  • The ice storm he's talking about I went through, it sucked. 9 days and the temp in house didn't get above 35. He is not kidding get a plan or you might go through what I did. not fun.

  • That stove heats our house, so I don't know what is so cheap about it. And I don't know what you mean when you say to prevent all that wood from going up in flames.

If you mean Forest Fire, that doesn't happen around here. If it did we'd have to get out.

  • buy guns

  • hope yo got a plan to prevent all that wood going up in flames !

  • Well my dad was smart.

We live on about 7 acres in CT and we have a wood stove in our family room, its my job to make sure its filled up before I go to bed. Its about 20F outside and over 90F in this room, my room is maybe 70F so this keeps our home warm in the winter.

  • you say smart, i say cheap :)

  • you are THE man kev.

    you inspire me.

its' too bad the majority of the sheep refuse to listen to your wisdom... :(

  • i have my break in plan. witch is what i do if someone breaks into my house. the most important thing to do is make sure to beable to access a firearm quickly and safely and i also have 5 to 10 rounds of ammo out of the box and neatly orgainised so they can quicky be loaded.

  • unless you have children in the home, they should already be loaded.

most gun fights are over in under 15 seconds. can you load, aim and fire in under 15 seconds?

  • yes i have ammo easly excessable and i make sure my guns are always in working conditions. and my rifle has a tube feed on it so no need to have pre loaded clips

  • Great video. Theres a lot of people who don't prepare. A well-put together vid!

  • Great!

  • kev for president!!!!

  • thanks Kevin for the video. This stuff makes people think. But most will not believe anything on these videos, owell!

    Devin

  • So Kev. you have been around!! Please post some more camping videos..!!! (-:

  • you know i have always wanted to live in the wilderness, for the sake of not ever having to pay any tax money or worries of losing my job, live in the wilderness, make sure to at least have a knife a strong knife which is the most important tool in wilderness survival since you can make all sort of things by cutting with it even primitive style plates and cups, certain types of wood can stay on fire for a long time without burning so you can actually boil water in them

  • LOL

  • LEARN WILDERNESS SURVIVAL. PERIOD.

understand the fundamentals of living "off the land" and you will never fear starvation or lack of shelter. nature offers all things necessary to life for free, you just have to learn to harvest them.

  • I was shocked how many people could not charge their phones since they only had 110 chargers wal mart ran out dc chargers quickly. Those little solar lights used for walkways they use AA batteries try to have radio flashlights that work on those.Have 1 watt LED head lamps they last the longest so you can work with both hands a 1w is bright enough to be used on a bike it gets out there. In your car have a change of clothes etc alcohol stove MRE? Get a solar charger now harbor freight.

  • phones are geat tools, but you should be prepared for a world with no functioning phones. should the shit really hit the fan civilian communications will be blocked.

  • Those that have fortified offensive /defensive positions will probably be early targets for the leaders of the extermination. My hope is to be low key and portable with light arms to secure food. Total erosion of society is harsh many don't posess the will to presevere those that do may survive to a life of misery and extreme pain. Major war may be eminent to resurrect the economy. Mexico may be the first to implode. Know that no one lives forever quality of life is dependant on your health.

  • or you can wing it

  • I think my odds would be the same as the guy who has to fight for what he has!! Or to keep it. I don't plan to do either. I try to plan, prepare, and overcome. I do have a plan! I was just joking about taking yours. It was a joke. You and I know it goes much deeper than an act of desperation However many people will be desperate! So it is a factor to be concidered as you know! Thanks!

  • Video got me thinking. I need more plans. Thanks

  • the FEDERAL GOVERNMENT is closing in on us....be prepared

  • That explains the chip in my head. Thanks.

  • they already took our money, our lives are next....be prepared

  • You are right Josiah. And it's not just about the 'doom and gloom brigade' thinking end of the world is nigh people always take things for granted. A little preparation goes a long way. Most people keep their eyes shut & hope nothing bad happens, but the world is a different place today from this time last year - I hope in a few years the economy recovers but for now there is an air of uncertainty. 2009 is going to be a historic year but maybe for all of the wrong reasons (I hope I'm wrong).

  • It will take over 4 years to pull out of this. The dollar will continue to loose value as long as trade deficits continue. The best way out this is self sufficient households as Thomas Jefferson envisioned not the masses living in cities. We all can grow so much of our own food. Employers expect slave hours today an attempt to get us to quit growing food make us more dependant on the dollar. Metals will maintain their value some will be worth X2.

  • I never depend on luck. I have all the skills I need to take someones stuff. ( if I need it) However it was a joke. I keep forgeting you doom and gloom guys don't have much of a sence of humor You know thats a weakness right? Make no mistake I have a plan in place! Thanks !

  • If you have to fight for everything you want, what do you think your odds of survival are lowered to?

  • 0.

change "want" to "need" and they begin to increase.

  • Missing your videos Kev. Thank you for posting. We need all of the clear headed guidance that we can. Please share all you can.

  • I make my own electricity. I grow or buy almost all of my food locally. My water comes from a windmill driven deep well. I heat with both passive solar and with wood from my own forest. Being backwoods I have to know how to use my rifles. I have the simple plans already taken care of. It's when life gets a bit complicated like a global recession and my investment money vanishes; that is hard to plan for.

  • if you're that good at wilderness survival money is nothing more than a luxury, any good woodsman can survive indefinitely with no money. so if you really have the skills, i wouldn't place so much worry on the money.

the earth provides all, we just have to know how to harvest it's bounty.

    take care

  • That makes it darn hard to pay the taxes though. Planning isn't just for a nuclear winter but for a depression too. A person still has to pay their taxes if they want to keep their land. Public lands will be over run and private lands will be well defended. A person needs money to keep their land safe from all the wanna bes that plan to move out to the wilderness if they can't hack it in the city. It's just part of the planning that people who actually live out in world need to do.

  • well, if money and taxes are that important to you, i'd suggest moving your "investment money" to gold and other precious metals a.s.a.p., because our american dollar is about to crash and be replaced. when is a question, but i believe it won't be long.

yours was one of the few educated responses i've ever received on this website. kudos.

    take care.

  • I have been missing your videos Kev! People need to realize it doesn't just come down to food and shelter either. If there is a SHTF situation, there are going to be many criminals on the streets trying to get your supplies. Having ammunition is a MUST.

  • Not only the ammunition but the person who owns the firearm needs to practice practice practice or else they will just be carrying around a paper weight. If a SHTF situation occurs, ammunition will be hard to come by and eventually you will run out. If every shot you make, whether it be for hunting or for defense, is a critical hit, your ammunition will last you a lot longer. - Les

  • Its already hard to come by, I went to get some ammo for some of my guns and they are always out of stock

  • You don't happen to be buying from Walmart do you? I went to the one by me (I live in Georgia), and they were out of almost everything. I shoot and carry handguns so I normally buy the WWB 9mm there for range practice or Blazer in 45ACP since it's cheap to shoot. Obviously I go elsewhere when I am buying defense ammunition (Remington Gold Saber 230 grain 45 ACP or Federal Hydra-Shok 115 +p+ for my 9mm). I don't think I am going to bother buying from Walmart anymore.

  • yes some times I look to buy at walmart but there always out, we are in the middle of the desert in nevada so walmart is about 200 miles from us, so we try to buy them local at are gun shops and the survival store, (no walmart, only servival store??? in this town)

  • I live in a relatively safe area (no hurricanes, tornado's, earthquakes, etc.)

But it's always a good thing to think about stuff like this, and seriously plan out the things that are a priority in ANY kind of emergency situation.

Have those priorities set-up already, in case something happens.

The best thing I can do, is store water, food and have my "emergency bags" ready under my bed.
