Gustav destroyed my home and FEMA failed once again like katrina they said no help for me Im on ssi and they say i dont make enough to pay them back my civil rights have been violated because of economic status they SUCK again

The distribution point shown in this specific clip in front of the Books-a-Million in Baton Rouge was not manned by Louisiana Guard troops as stated in the header. The troops are from the 278th Armored Cavalry Regiment in Tennessee. The 278th was in Camp Shelby, MS when Gustav hit and were sent to Baton Rouge to man the distribution points. I was at this distribution point. The people there were very nice to us and genuinely thankful for the help.

no, actually i was there..."Equiped to go into combat..." is a FAR understatement. we had our weapons for security and protection purposes. You also weren't there for the pre-mission briefing. It wasn't a test. it was to help the people of Baton Rouge.
