simple, use this cheat: Triangle, Triangle, L1, Square, Square, Circle, Square, Down, Circle. This cheat makes the vehicles turn into Hotdog Van BF Injection Pizza Scooter Quadbike Dune Buggy Caddy Mr. Whoopee Go Kart-VERY RARE You'll usually find the Go Kart at Playa Del Seville, with a clown driving it (sounds wierd, but it's included in the cheat) It has excellent handling, okay top speed, great acceleration, and quite a wierd horn.
