My normal settings are on 16:9 regardless what game I'm playing, cause I like 16:9 much more, even if it's a little bit distorted.

That's fine. It's just that I'm a quality freak and that control is distorted along with the image. For example, it may appear that you're moving a little too much to the right or left in a game. This is just a suggestion...

I haven't ever had any problems with control or whatever, when playing for example Super Mario 64 with stretched widescreen on emulator.

i liked TP's graphics... it had that blurry reflected light effect, which not only gave the game that dreamy-fantasy look but also blurred out imperfections
