I have an ipod nano 2nd gen, (my 1st gen quit one day/ apple gives me new model free) i was thinking about selling my nano and getting a 1st gen, but after finding that the zune's processor, the iMX31L Freescale which is clocked at around 500MHz is WORLDS faster than the ipods dual 80Mhz (ARM architecture) I see it this way if the ipod can play doom what is the zune capable of?

If you compare them side to side, it is not clunky at all. Since most people NEED cases to protect the fragile iPods, they become more clunky than the Zune. Most people don't need protective cases for zune's. Obviously, you haven't owned one, because most people that own Zune's will probably agree w/ me.

Actually I have Linux on my Zune. I do not know how to do it becuase I had a friend do it for me. But it involves Damn Small Linux. I also have it on both my Xbox and my 360 as well as my PS2 (Comes with the PS2)

Well DAMN SMALL Linux can run on pretty much anyting, even a Zune. THe Zune needs to be modified and the Linux is unusable. The Zune would look much larger than what you see in the video. ....right and yopu know this stuff how. DAMN SMALL Linux requires the processing speed of an N64 to run. The RAM required is even smaller than that. Take a Mini-ATX motherboard make a custom case. Attach the Zune to that using a USB cord using USB 2.0 and ok the process after that requires you to gain access to the Zune and the Motherboard's BIOS
