the area that terrenea took up was already developed... remember marine land? That's where terrenea is now, so there's really not THAT much added to the area, just re-vamped (and for the better)
i live in pb also. i love how no one really knows about pv. but i hope the terrenea resort they are building doesnt change pv into a busy tourist spot.
i fear it will. While having business in PV will be cool, terranea is so damn big. Im going to miss the more open spaces. I can only imagine how cool it was back in the 60's
I grew up in Portuguese Bend (RPV) in the 1980's. I miss hiking down to the beach and having it all to myself during the week. Thanks for posting the video, it brings back a lot of memories.
You are 100% correct.. I live in Costa Rica now and it doesn't even compare to PV... I'm working hard to secure my retirement in RPV... good job !!

Terrranea has ruined the area. It is so massive and will ruin the rustic area. I hope it slides into the sea. How did RPE get away with this?
