They are really singing there.... But when transfered to TV the company plays the audio. I've performed like that millions of times berfore. So if you were really there you heard the real thing... But the video is the soundtrack. Except Good Riddance confuses me because they never recorded that. The only recordings of it are from when you download it after you see the show... As fair as the Thanksgiving Parade... I dunnnnnpo :/

To anyone complaining that they are lip syncing: Of course they are. Everyone that does the show HAS to lip sync. Just like in the Macy's Day Parade. They don't have a choice. They could choose to not do the show, but that would be stupid and they would not be promoting the show. This show is amazing! I've seen it 4 times and I personally believe that they sound better live than on the soundtrack. They are bad at lip syncing but that's only because they are actually very good singers.

I think because it was televised and they do sound great but they're jumping around a lot and thats enough to make their voices crack and they didnt want everyone to hear them like that. Okay well I'm writing a novel so I'll stop haha.

@VexorxStudios I've seen this show, I own the soundtrack, and i've seen everything they've performed on TV, including this very same mash-up on ABC Good Morning America. They're lip-synching. At LEAST Holiday they are; Boulevard and Good Riddance, maybe not. But even if you just watch their mouths during Holiday, it's bad. Not to mention the fact that it sounds the exact same as the soundtrack. This didn't bother me at all; it made me laugh a lot, though. I love those guys. xD

@barbocovers Well with Good Riddance and Boulevard they play acoustic guitar, and in Holiday they don't, so it seems it would be easier to just have a pre-recorded Holiday, and to just play the other songs live. But Holiday is DEFINITELY the same as the soundtrack...
