@dragons1ay3r1 lelouch lied to himself at this point. if you would listen to all characters o code geass and if you would understand the story, you would uunderstand that he used her sister as reason. In cvode geass no character is really "good" and no character is absolutly evil, all characters have reasons for their actions and consequenzes and lelouch isnt a pure knight in a shimmering black armor, not at all.

Action and adventure anime suck as FMA, Code Geass, and Higurashi No koro Ni Ki are made to make you cry at the end, because you get to where you are attached to the characters,then one dies,or all of them die, for example, Hughes, Lelouch, Euphimia, and Edward Elric ( well, at least in the first series) and thats what we love about it I guess,then we have memories of that character.

That's true, because there's actually thought that went into writing their characters and the storylines, unlike say Dragon Ball Z. The authors realize that once someone dies, they cannot come back and thus make you attached to them, and then they die.

Though, Higurashi is obviously a subversion.

It takes place in 2017 when a war is raging between the Britannian Empire and Japan. Lelouch, the main character is a Britannian prince but is against the empire and when he gains a mystical power called Geass, which enables him to make anyone do exactly what he wants, he plans to take control of the world to make it a better place for his sister and to avenge his mother's death. The show goes deeper than this but overall, it's one of the best shows I've ever watched!

Also, that giant robots thing is actually natural, since Roman Empire was destroyed earlier in CG universe than in reality, so Christianity never actually became mainstream, and thus, dark ages didn't delay science that much. And besides, SAKURADITE!!!
