@WooV8 made it from the original mid pipe i removed it came out under the rrear cross member next to the tow bar, not got the truck no more :-( but look at my vid of it on the rolling road thats where it used to come out :)
@4K0F I wish someone actually made one, like SS or twisted, but is there a reason for that? they make a straight through tailpipe for everything except the 200tdi!
Watch your egt at full bore. I run my 300 disco with 1.2 bar full boost, big intercooler, de cat and medium/ heavy pump mods. Thumbs up to black cloud at the lights. Love Doing that to drop tops!
@n534 ran truck like that for about 8 months never had any problems would sit at 90 on motorway with a slight hint of smoke but not flat out, put foot flat to floor it smokes like hell but you dont go no faster just drinks more juice but it was returning 25-30mpg :P, but tbh they wernt built for speed, but the extra power prooved itself a couple of times off roading and greenlaning, and with the sound it makes with a straight through exhaust gets ppls attention "oh whats that coming"
Since Tweaked pump further, and now will black smoke like hell on full throttle, and get pump set so i can control the smoke with how quick and how much throttle you put on! truck flies and shocks ppl when leaving a set traffic lights
big cloud of black smoke and when it clears ur gone :D
boost peaks at 18 psi and drops to 16 psi, hope to get a uprated intercooler soon as im at the maximum the stock intercooler will run through it.
I got my 200Tdi Disco with broken turbo 3 yrs ago.. but after I re-build it back to (a bit) below spec (10psi..instead of 12) and re-build fuel pump to (a bit) higher spec.. these give me a similar result.
where did you buy your straight through tailpipe from? I have a straight through midpipe on my 90 but it doesent sound like that :P Please tell!

@WooV8 yeah ive got a garage near me thats make custom exhausts, gonna take my lightweight ive just bought to them as its got a 3.5 v8 in it :D

An easy tweak, is to adjust the fuel pump, not so much that it smokes like hell and people notice.
