yeah i animate on the raving rabids, but only for internet trailers and tv commercial, not for the game production.

yeah off course i make realistic animation too, but it's interesting too show cartoon animation for a showreel .... reaslistic animation looks like rotoscoping or motion capture... no interest for me.

I use 3dsmax, after  effects and combustion.
