  • Clients have always been drawn to safe choices. If you don't know how the business is evolving well enough to sell "comfort" to your client, then maybe it's time the CD was replaced. Perhaps the title, and roll itself should be replaced with that of a media impartial Strategic Director. Advertising traditionally has been a young man and woman's business. And from a larger perspective, the business world at large evolves faster and faster. Always has, and always will. Can't keep up, get out.
