Lean el libro ¡Viven! de Piers Paul Read, si quieren conocer más sobre la historia. Tuve la fortuna de conocer a Carlitos Páez Vilaró y me dijo que es el libro más fiel. Además, tengan en cuenta que no solo se centra en la tragedia en sí, si no en las repercusiones que también hubo luego de que fueron rescatados.

Otro recomendable es Después Del Día Diez, del mismo Carlos.

One thing that IS true, just watching Alive, you do NOT get it. You honestly do have to read the book to truly get even a vague sense of what this was really like for these boys. I "thought" I got it. The movie "Alive" and even "Stranded" don't even come close to the horror as it happened. Nando was right. He said "You will see & do things over there that you could NEVER imagine yourself seeing and doing" The result is that this little band of brothers has now grown to over 100 strong!

thats not true, yes they walked and did the final expedition but they were no heroes, the entire human group did it, they would never have done it without the ones that stayed in the plane. ALL of them participated in the logistics and preparation of the expedition. Not mentioning this is an insult because even the dead collaborated. please read the story told by them and not just see "alive" and get an opinion
