This is not a hoax. Just look at the legs and the weird veins on the body. The legs are to skinny to be human the arms to. No human has veins that look like that unless they are trying to act like bang from batman but still I think this thing is real and to be honest it looks like some humanoid like creature. People always talked about lizard men down in the south Louisiana area. People may think this is a hoax but look at the body that is no human playing some hoax to get attention.
I use Photoshop, and with it, you can do practically anything in a picture. The thing is, because we can do sooo many things and make them look 100% realistic, people instantly conclude that every picture showing something paranormal, is edited. Imagine you being present in such an event, and giving your photo to the press and no one taking you seriously. Some people either are too stupid, or deny to accept some facts... Jesus, what morons....

I used to work in Theatre and that looks like one of the back suits that's used to blend into the background. Also when you use a luminous paint or liquid and highlight only places like the two in biceps's, you get this kind of image. You can try it with a black light or just night vision camera. So no hate mail please, this is just my take on it.

@DYlaNpItyDaFOOL if it were resistance 3 you could see alot of key features, most of them have machines on their back, and a form of armor on their lower body. and the creature from super 8 (which is believed to be a prequel to cloverfield) has multiple eyes and the spawns look more like giant parasitic spiders

I've been keeping up on much of the viral marketing for the movie (Rocket Poppeteers, the remote desktop viewer, the craigslist postings) and they're pretty consistent with the timeframe of the film, forgiving of course the fact that they're on the internet. I seriously doubt this has anything to do with Super 8...can't comment on Resistance, though.

I agree with DiogoE6 . This image appears to be like the cell phone footage of boys in Mexico playing ball in a walkway . That footage appears to show a like image / being reaching its arm out toward one boy . Jaime Maussan did detail the event and had radioactive meters record readings at the site . So I would think it boils down to it being 50/50 hoax or real . But thanks for posting the footage .

I've been keeping up on much of the viral marketing for the movie (Rocket Poppeteers, the remote desktop viewer, the craigslist postings) and they're pretty consistent with the timeframe of the film, forgiving of course the fact that they're on the internet. I seriously doubt this has anything to do with Super 8...can't comment on Resistance, though.

I know the '80s reports of reptilian humanoids in the Mississippi swamps. I'm also lost about this pic, as everybody else. If it's a hoax, there's no way of being photoshop. I agree with DiogoE6 . This image appears to be like the cell phone footage of boys in Mexico playing ball in a walkway . That footage appears to show a like image / being reaching its arm out toward one boy . Jaime Maussan did detail the event and had radioactive meters record readings at the site . So I would think it boils down to it being 50/50 hoax or real . But thanks for posting the footage .

The picture looks pretty real, it'd be pretty hard to hoax (although it's entirely possible, the few people who could make it look that good probably wouldn't care about making a hoax like that.) But it looks like it was a picture of the picture, like they printed it out and used a phone camera to send it in. Where's the rest of the picture?

I am reminded of Richard Mathesons "i am legend" , when i originally read the book, the mental images i had of the creatures looked like the "creature" in the photo. This is interesting though, i HOPE its a viral, or a photoshopped animal, as the other option is far to scary to contemplate!

I honestly believe almost anything. lol, but I'm almost positive that these pictures were faked. The creature looks very real, almost too real. Shadows and lighting look natural. Very convenient and very rare to be posed like that, looking right at the camera. Creature looks primative, aggressive , and too human. If this thing was wrecking camps, with this kind of obvious aggression, I'm sure we would be hearing more about it. Still, maybe I'm wrong. Maybe the zombie apocalypse in finally here.
