Whilst I appreciate the logic, it is easier for Turkey to deny an act of genocide from that period of time than the Germans. You forget that the extent of nazi genocide was able to be largely documented on video which is harder to deny than thousands of witness statements.
Turkey also may have facts the disprove a claim of genocide but this documentary offers no references or evidence. It simply seems to be an attempt to throw accusations. If this were an academic essay it would get a fail
