  • tasty licks man...killer tone...daddy likey!!!

  • hello great sound !!! is it a good telecaster vintage like ? is the neck chunky ? Have you tried other model ? I had a japan 62 telecaster with bare Knuckle pickups which i loved, and want to buy a new one ...thanks for your answer and help...great great demo !!! gaëtan

  • nice

  • Wilkinson and some other companies have brass saddles that are designed to deal with the lack of adjustment on the standard Tele saddles.

Just do a search for compensated telecaster saddles.

  • I have not had any issues with the 3 saddle bridge, and neither did Roy Buchanan!

I think the brass saddles are an important part of the Tele sound.

You can also buy intonated versions.

  • @ilovenoise Thank you for the quick feedback. What do you mean by "intonated version"?

  • @MegaBrebis they are tilted, i think he actually meant "compensated." They help you get near perfect intonation while retaining the 3-saddle bridge

  • Really good sound! I'm interested in the Baja but I'm a bit worried by the intonation with a 3 saddle bridge. What's your experience and advice here? Thank you.

  • you can probably make strings tied on a stick sound good. I do love the guitar, I recently purchased one,, for the price it is a great guitar. Got mine for $549.00 new.

  • Hey James!! That does sound awesome!! Very cool!! Joey Vaughan "World Blues Attack"

  • You have just made up my mind for me about this beautiful guitar!

  • James that is an awesome sound you are getting from the telecaster. Probably the best value tele on the market today - I should know I have three of them! Sadly can't get as good a tone as you............ Gear only gets you so far I suppose! Never fail to be inspired by your vids so thanks a million.

  • 2:33 enough said.

  • Well the beauty and tone of this monster guitar is tremendous. Surprisingly fat sound for a Tele. But your style, smooth vibrato and phrasing technique.....wow. Just. Wow. Superb.

  • Great feeling in your licks! Congrats mate!

  • Wow!!! :D

  • Hey thanks everyone for the kind comments, I wish I had more time for doing vidoes.

I've got a smokin' Roadworn Deluxe Tele that just has to be heard....

  • Sorry dude, but i just fell in love with your playing!

  • Man i dig your style... It's just how I want to play... Guess we are inspired by the same people ;)

  • Great sound and playing style!

  • tbh mate your the only person i have seen who plays this guitar how its ment to be played, thank you

  • Awesome

  • Great technique!

  • Great sound and fine licks, nice one.

Amazing value for money the Baja, got one myself.

    Take care

    Steve

  • what does baja mean ?

  • @superiansuper Baja means low or lower in spanish. Most likely the guitar's name comes from Baja California, the long peninsula south of California which is a mexican state.

  • Really nice playing and great guitar tone.

I was interested in a Baja Tele earlier last year but I went for a Classic Players Strat instead, which I love. Maybe I should save up my monies for one of these bad boys as well to add to the collection. I don't even own an electric guitar with a fixed bridge, yet.

  • nice, i really like this. so much nicer than all the shredding that goes on these days

  • you rip dude good job

  • this or a gibson flying v?!?!?!

  • @epitaph664 this :P

  • @epitaph664 definitely this^^

  • @epitaph664 For what style? Metal? Flying v. Anything else? Tele all the way.

  • @epitaph664 thesss

  • @epitaph664 depends on what you play, really... i'd love to blues jam with a tele, but i won't want all that twang when for example i'm rockin out to metallica..

  • @lastkiz13 yeah i agree, but i might go with something with humbuckers, cause i have an old strat from the 70's now so maybe something a little thicker with a beefier tone would suit me better for classic-hard rock

  • Comment removed

  • @lastkiz13 thanks man you really have alot of helpful input, i dont have the cash for a vos, cuase im only 15, but i might go with an old les paul from like 95 or 94 cause they play and sound really sweet

  • @epitaph664 lol. and i'm just 16. so i just say what i know, and nothing out of experience.. what kind of classic rock are you into btw, i've seen a review of an orange tiny terror with a 72 tele deluxe, and it sounded sweet for 70's rock n roll..

  • @lastkiz13 led, the doors, pretty much anything from that general era. and i love those 72 deluxes

  • Great licks!

  • sweeeeeeeeeeeet tone!

  • Noice!

  • you got your tele after...nice choice. she looks and sound great! this guitar suits you man..awesome video demo.

    cheers!

  • Your vidz are my absolute favorite to catch! Stellar playing as always! Keep em coming
