  • Great info Doc .. Thank you been having issues with my clavicle joint articulating during certain should shrug rotation forward. Looking for a solve can afford medical, got to do this on my own.

    I looked at the video clip all the way through and I could not find any mistakes.

    If you palpate your proximal clavicle at the SCJ and horizontally adduct, you should feel the proximal end move posterior. Dont have a copy of Dutton to look at. if you have an online link please send it along so I can review. Thanks

  • Hi Tom these are excellent instructional videos. However, there seems to be a discrepancy with arthrokinematics of the SC joint. According to Dutton 2nd Ed., with protraction of distal clavicle on manubrium; a rule of concave/convex is applied to bone motion, roll and glide/slide. This will cause the movement of bone along with glide/slide in the anterior direction. In the video you have the glide/slide of the bone moving posteriorly with protraction of clavicle at the SC joint. Please be so ki
