  • I'm interested in CPA Networks for online profits "whatahey!". I understand what he's saying, but like was mentioned .... He could be opening his self up for liable.

It's pure capitalistic marketing at it's best, you should always read the fine print. It's a matter of ethics .... this should be his bitch, don't be lazy, read the "Terms & Conditions".

  • Bottom Line, if they offer something for free and still ask for your credit card #, you're gonna end up paying something. So before you give your C.C. #, know what exactly you are getting charged and check your statement online EVERYDAY!!

  • DUDE YOU'RE IN THE SHIT.. Apart from being wrong, you've just opened yourself up to liable, by stating the CPA Networks you mentioned by name, are FRAUDULENT..I strongly recommend you re-do the video to protect yourself from being sued by the Networks you named (Idiot)..To cover your ass and protect your own assets, I Highly Suggest you change your statement 'Fraudulent' and 'Fraud' for the word 'Misleading'. By the way 'Disclaimers' (fine print) are there to protect the consumer, not for fraud

  • @phoenix11994466 This video is 3 years old dude... and since when can't a guy state his opinion.

  • @themax37 That just proves everything say on the internet, stays on the internet... Did You Know? ..even if you took down this video, or any other content for that matter... it'll still be found by sites like the WayBackMachine and GoogleCacheArchives ... Google deletes nothing from it's archives, because that's an integral part of their Search Algorithm. See I can say "MacDonalds Suck" because that's my opinion.. But I risk being sued if I say "MacDonalds are Fraudulent" Especially on video

  • @phoenix11994466 Yeah, but you could also state that it is just your opinion and who really cares. I should be able to see what I want. It's freedom of speech after all. I don't know why so many people are anal about these things. It would also be pathetic of the company to sue me, because it would make them look even worse for attacking a person who is simply stating their opinion.

  • @themax37 Everybody has an opinion about something..Sure, freedom of speech under the constitution allows you to say what you want. However, it doesn't protect you from libel should someone decides to sue you for damaging their reputation with falsehoods.. So unless you have real rock-solid, documented proof of FRAUD, I wouldn't recommend you state it publicly. FREEDOM is a double edged sword... You're FREE to succeed, as much as you're FREE to fuck up. Freedom of choice is a beautiful thing

  • Very nice video, some people are so unethical.

  • haha dude you're full of it, you've been scammed by idiots...well you are one yourself so it takes one to fraud one haha....ps. your Make $1000 per month with websites seems sketch and fraud haha what a loser

  • Every time I see such an offer I run. You are right. It IS fraud!

  • I called my affiliate manager last week and asked for offers she whould recommend to her mom. She's sent me a list of those and guess what ... all clean ... no fine print, not BS.

The FTC has done a good job getting those scammers down.

As an affiliate you can go honest or the other way around. It's all up to you.

  • you have a lot to learn buddy.

  • how about cost basis reporting...does anyone have issues with that? New laws are going to be put in place that holds everyone accountable for their reporting and if it's not accurate you're going to be penalized...heavily. Check out MONEY FOR BREAKFAST with Alexis Glick and guest Nico Willis, CEO of NetBasis, who talk in depth about the changes coming in 2011 and what you can do to be prepared. Are you ready???

  • the world DOES work that way at a very subtle level....and IT IS fraud - atleast unethical.

  • Thank you sir for your honesty and straightforwardeness;you are among the very few out there who speaks out bluntly on these important issues;

You point of view came just in time for me as i was reading initial info on cpa

  • @PaveMyWay Me too!

  • lol.. you obviously don't understand things. You are telling me that these companies could easily get away with this? tss.. its all legal. It would have been fraudulent only if they didnt tell you about the subscribtion. I do understand your point of view tho, but why bother? CPA is just a way to making money, lol even Youtube is doing it for its partners. just like the advertisement you have on the side, talking about fraudelent?

  • No more STRAIGHT SHOOTERS OUT THE BRO...QUESTON: What is the ratio of scam artist programs vs legistmate income programs. SEEMS that ARIZONA, NEW JERSEY, CALIFORNIA, UK, TORONTO KEEPS being the origin of ENVELOPE SCAMS AND OTHERS. wow...

  • hahaha... so, all cpa networks are fraudalent ??

  • copeac sucks .... claims fraud for anything and everything .

  • FTC and Google is starting to crack down. Google is now remove these type of ads from their networks...

    Great Vidoe...100% correct

  • Comment removed

  • You are right & wrong at the same time. The problem is that SOME offers (the ones that require a credit card) SOMETIMES don't follow their own fine print. They often charge more or sooner than the fine print states.

I have been doing this for over 3 years making a LOT of money using offers w/o credit cards) so I know what I am talking about. The networks are not scamming anyone. They simply don't know because the complaints go to the company & NOT the network. Good video. 4 stars.

  • Actually some networks intentionally try to be as sneaky as possible with their own LP's and whatnot. And having the terms well hidden. But you're right, it's mostly the consumers that are to blame as a compliant landing page will have all the terms listed, and the consumer DOES in fact get 1-month of free pills. So it isn't exactly like only getting the keys to the house. You're getting the house....and then another house next month. :)

  • Very well said.

  • yeah i got scammed by emillionaire com something should be done about these people

    they are vermin

  • Well it seems this is your opinion and not actually a violation of law since its not being stopped.

  • haha youre a noob at this

  • No, it's not ripping anyone off. If you don't read fine print, you are stupid. And how is that fraud if they then ask you money from credit card and YOU CONFIRM IT???

  • "fine print" isn't always fine print.

you might land on a sales page 5400 words long. all describing how you are about to purchase and ebook on how to pay no money down on mortgages. at the bottom it has all the transaction info

    ... and then

a little word that links to an entirely other page called Terms of Service. it might not even look like a link

nowhere on that first page does it say anything about you subscribing to anything additional. That's called fraud, friend.

  • Thank You Mark, I appreciate your advice, it is easy for us wanting to be successful in online marketing to fall for these pitches these people give us.

Kudos to you Mark !!! Thanks

  • happy thoughts to ya
