The FED is own by banks. some of them being the Bank of England, Goldman Sacks, JP Morgan, Chase and others that I don't remember. The whole mess started in 1913 with the FED bill. 20 years later the US went bankrupt and the "Bank Holiday: of 1933 happened. I'm not an American and I know this info...US citizens, investigate about the FED there is plenty of info about this. BTW the Federal Income Tax, its illegal according to your constitution. there is no law that says you need to pay it.
