Totally unusable phone. PRO stands for technical PROblems:

1. very slow to use

2. Sometimes crashes

3. has very few options (e.g. You can't create playlists, you can't delete single logs items,..etc.)

4. is engineered without care : some times switch.off by itselves, or the display switch on randomly.

5. And the most stupid thing : if you require to switch.off the phone..every time it asks.. 'are you sure?'. a very idiot question.

My opinion I think this is a horrible phone. I was gonna get one until the shop assistant told me that the battery is non removable and that if the phone broke, the whole unit would to be bought again and this phone is expensive.

I was thinking of buying one. But when I tested the shop display model, I was really shocked by how bad the keyboard was. I know it's small and so compromises have to be made. But the buttons were so unresponsive, that I thought the model was faulty, but the store assistant assured me it wasn't. Seriously, I've used more responsible buttons on cheap childrens toys!

I got my new sony experia x10 mini pro today with contract to unlimted internet, texts and 100 mins. 3G is the mobile internet right? but i cant turn it on. ive got the texts and minuites but i cant get 3G to work. i managed to get it on for 10 mins and faceook and everything was fine but then it went agian :? can you tell me where in the settinhgs i can turn 3g on?

@spykerz026 i geuss depending on how much your using it but either way it only last 3 - 4 hours. If its on lock screen the whole time then it can last really long otherwise would be no use of an alrm clock. but unless your going to need it for 7+ hours i wouldnt worry.

Well,.... I understand the disgruntlement, it was hard to see on our side of YouTube, and it being a mini phone(Too small for my taste) having it be filmed so far out and some out of focal text moments it can be a tad annoying. However; the quality of the video in general is superb, and the info was still there. I am a fan of this channel, and will continue to be as you have a nice array of new phones.

Dude, this video is one of the worst you've had on this channel. I can barely see the thing. Michael, get on this Todd guy's ass and tell him he needs to zoom in on the phone.
