I've been working out hard for about 2 months but ive developed a knot in my muscles under my left shoulder blade on my back. After my chest workout the other week the pain got unbearable, so I saw the doc about it. He said to take some rest but I dont want to stop going to the gym so early in. What should I do? :/
@bigplayray09: Your welcome. You should make a video about how effective Whey protein is because Im not taking that supplement until I have enough research done on it.
i agree with you fully on this video topic bro. I'm gunna switch from 4day to a 5day split when i finish my cut. Chest, Back, Legs, Shoulders, Arms. KILLING all dem muscle groups like a monster
Split that up into a block of 2 and 3 with a rest day between. Going 5 days straight in the gym isn't as good as 2 rest 3 rest, it will help your body recover better.
The only problem I worry about with chest/biceps and back/triceps on back to back days is after Monday lets say your biceps are sore, when you work out your back that will hurt the muscle repair of your biceps won't it?

This is better because when you do chest, you are working out your triceps as well. Same for back, when you do back, you are working out your biceps at the same time.

What do u think of a fullbody workout 3x a week instead of split training for building muscle (for an advanced athlete)?
I heard that for naturals its the best way, classic bodybuilders like steve reeves did it. THank you

Friday-shoulders+triceps
