Good, nutritious soil really does equal good, nutritious food and better health for our bodies and planet. I can't think of a more precious resource we have above our soil and water. What good is gold, stocks, etc. if you're not healthy? If we really want a great inheritance for future generations, then let us leave behind healthy soil and the knowledge to keep it that way. This knowledge should be a mandatory part of high school graduation.
