...tommy you were given your beautiful gift for a very special reason...you are fullfilling your purpose everyday...many are called..few are chosen...i believe you are one of the chosen to share and express love through the gift of your music.
I've been so fortunate to have seen Tommy play, his absolute love of music and people choke me up as if I have lost the ability to type this short thought. He is such a good person, and the fact that I get it absolutely lifts my soul. I hope that one day I will get the chance to thank him for being the gift that keeps on giving, and giving........
Music is a gift from God meant to be shared with others and Tommy, you share that gift from your heart. Thanks for allowing us to get to know you better through your music.
I heard a comment a long time ago when I first started playing guitar 32 years ago. My dad gave me my first guitar and said " look after it cause no matter how long you live you'll pass it on to the next person , you don't really own it forever you're just borrowing it for awhile. I still have that guitar and many others I'll pass on . This performance really hits home thanks Tommy.
He played that song on that same guitar when he came to Canada last year and we were all very touched. I was hoping he'd do it again this year but he didnt...maybe in May when he comes back :)
I want to thank you verry much, for putting this video on youtube. It means a lot to me and my children to hear tommy play on my husbands guitar. Verry beautyful !
I was there both nights. I was in the front row for this show. I saw you recording this up in the balcony. It's a trip to see it here. Please post more from this performance if you have it.
This man has a truly amazing talent. Thank you for posting this! It was an honor to see him live the night before. I will never miss another one of his visits to the Norva.
Great performance - great song!!!
