Had it for 18 months now.

- Responsive OS

- Slim and build quality is good

- Medium battery life

- Good music quality

- Sub display is useful

- Can use standard headphone jack, but it's very annoying how the flip can not be pulled back properly when headphone is in use

- All the chrome bits fades off after 6 months (I leave my in pouch all the time)

- Camera is horrible, high colour distortion and noise in all but optimal conditions

I had this and i loved it.. My N76 never crashed, you just need to update software when there is a new one available. Mine was black with blue lights..

Damn all you suckers!! I have my N76 and its simply perfect. I have it in mocha black and its elegant. All gurls would look on me everytime i use it. Its a chick magnet.ahahahhahaah. So slim and hi-tech!

Nokia should change the name of N76 to

"N constant crashes 76". Activate the camera and get a crash. Save a recorded video and it crashes. If you use the player battery will need charging every night. if you are using common 3.5mm earphones and get a call, after end it you will hear your music in mono untill you unplug and plug them again

this phone is a total waste of money i hate it to hell the music player wont turn off completley and will eat up the battery the chrome chips of after a few months mine's is totaly chipped of when you close the screen grease marks get onto the screen from the keypad the external screen always has to be cleaned cuz it shows every finger print like hell and the camera my god the camera is a total piece of crap you cant use it without getting green stripes in your picture GET ANITHING else but this

I have a Nokia N76 and I've had it for a year. My contract is finished and I'm due to get another phone again but I don't want a new one as my N76 is perfect. Good sound, takes good picture and good-looking/slim. What more could I ask for?

i´ll say the n76! but i really dont like both phone! i love nokia phones and been using theme since i can remember i owned a nokia e51, nokia n95 8gb, nokia n82 and a nokia n81 8gb but i really hate the n75 and the n76 i think the Clamshell work with nokia i prefer candybar and slider but thats just me... between the n75 and 76 takes it here

I use this fone for like a year, great speakers, colours screen. However, the finish is soooo CHEAP, i meant the silver finish is gone from my fone already!! I dun no what Nokia's thinking!!

yeah ur right its a realy gd phone but the silver comes off so quickly :/ i mean ive only had it for 5 months and nearly all the silver has come off! if someone is thinking of buying this phone id say u should but id recomend buying a pocket for it coz its very fragile

In a nutshell, the N75 and the N76 are the same phone, with the exception of appearance. They both take quite amasing, vibrant pictures, they both have music players, and they do just about the same thing. But the N76 is so much more appealing to the eye than the N75. Take it from a guy who works at AT&T. The N76 is a superior phone.

Got an N76 and It doesnt worth the price.

Chrome peeling in 2 weeks (four months and still there is no replace parts).

totally agree with the chrome peeling. 'cept mine peeled off in a few months, rather than two weeks.

crashes don't happen often to mine.

one more thing. when you're recording, you gotta let the recording drag once you're done. else, you're gonna get a sound file that is incomplete.

say your recording goes "la di lo so fa". if you stop the recording right after the 'fa', your playback would prob just be "la di lo"... you gotta leave it on summore.

I have w950 for few months now, and believe it or not, touchscreen is why I want to replace it. May impress your friends, but for everyday use it sucks. Just imagine yourself in the middle of the street desperately trying to press tiny area on screen with your finger. Not practical.
