The worst part about Scientology is that it takes the idea of positive thinking to the extremist point, teaching their followers that we all MANIFEST the universe with our THOUGHTS. So, according to this crazy religion if we think of horrible things, then horrible things will happen and enter into the universe, so we are RESPONSIBLE for maintaining positive thoughts at all times.

Their OFFICIAL doctrine about this is, they believe we are gods and must master the art of positive thinking and avoid all negative thoughts, or the universe will spiral into ruin, because of our godly powers to manifest it because of our negative thoughts.

So, no they don't worship any true Creator, they consider themselves gods.

Remember it is not simply positive thinking, it is this idea that you are a god and manifest your thoughts into the universe, so everybody everywhere are depending on you. A HUGE responsibility.
