What do you do if there is slime on the anemone

a word of advice, always wear kitchen gloves when working with saltwater aquarium and it's creature. it's protection for yourself and everything you paid for. anyway. very good fragging video. simple to understand.

its because when he was handling them they closed up, anemones close up when they feel threatened just like corals or different fan worms

It doesnt really.. hurt... and some perople dont feel it. Also, when its aggitated, it doesnt really sting as much

I am worried about doing this bec the guy at the LFS told me it would die if i cut it, but you seam to know what you are doing so can i do this without killing my anemone?

I had a rock tumble over and tear a nem in half.

One nem turned into three.

These are very resilient creatures.

I've only done it with Bubble tips.

Can't say about other types of anemone.
