Its OK learning about role of each individual chakra in this case the Nabbi chakra

but one must also learn on how to keep them in good working order and that is the role of the Kudaline once awaken it runs through and spins and balances each chakra thus ceating a strong aura where no negativities can enter the body ie healthy body and mind
