if only everyone could have seen this video too bad it'd too late and we're stuck with an inexperienced liberal to lead us stright to hell, good fucking job america.
Great video. I expected the last few seconds to suggest who it is I should vote for. I appreciate that you did not. I agree with most of the comments but you obviously value precious Liberty above unavoidable human bias.
Standing up for liberty wherever she cries for help... sounds like interventionism to me, which is totally against everything the founding fathers stood for. They knew that we couldn't sustain an empire if we went out and tried to be the world police.
Good video, but why should Chavez,Castro,Mugabe,Putin, etc. have America's best interests in mind? They are have their own countries to see to. (Still a good video, and I enjoyed it)
I must admit this is great video, but it is also your destorted view on HI STORY. Some people don't feel fidel is a monster... Just like some people believe Jefferson is a hero. 2 each his/her own. Great video nonetheless.
Thanks for the comment. I understand people have differing views of history. Every leader, no matter how twisted, has followers. From Stalin to Hitler to Idi Amin to Castro to Mugabe in Zimbabwe to Al-Bashir in Sudan. All believe they are right. I would submit to you that those who support and accept the suppression of liberty, even in the name of revolution, are the people who have a distorted view of history, not those like Jefferson who helped expand it.
I can tell that you took a lot of time to produce this well produced video. I do however think that it's dishonest. Chavez and Ahmadinejad are elected officials...not dictators. It's fair to say you don't like their policies or that they're enemies. But why do you feel the need to demonize anyone who voices opposition to American influence? Out of all of the modern leaders that you show, only Bushes friend Putin has invaded another country...something that the two of them now have in common.
Thanks TFL. I'm confused about the vid being dishonest, but you raise a great point. The manner in which tyranny arises is unimportant. Democracy is a common way (see Nazi party, 2004 Iranian elections, Robert Mugabe, Omar al-Bashir or Chavez and Venezuela's media for starters). This complex interdependent world has many who seek to undermine our interests or threaten liberty, both from without and from within. It is not always a military fight, but a constant idealogical struggle. Who's up?
Thank you, ekul. You have the tremendous distinction of being the first commenter. I appreciate you taking the time to watch the vid and leave a note. Regards.
