  • I know its Kobi beef, but putting a cooked steak back on the same plate that you had the raw steak is never a good idea.

    Thanks for watching.... The kobi was delish. Though we meant to BBQ it, because the fire died, it ended up on the frying pan. But the company made up for that. Off course, not to forget the wine too...

  • to many cooks in the kitchen and I believe he was right about you pressing the steak to hard on the pan. Next time (non-solicited advise) heat the pan pretty well and use butter to base the steak. Why - great flavor and color. 268
