Ok, first off, the Macbook Pro rarely gets hot because of excellent ventelation, ive had it on my lap for 8 hours strait and it didnt even boter me. Second, the Disc drive is only noisey when you put in a disc ... after that itll speed down and get quiet again... it might stay like that though if its in Information disc but thats pretty much it.

lol dude get your stuff right ... *pointing at the infra red interface* this might be the sleep mode led, im not sure ... well i think a little research before making a review would be good. same with the fingers, instead of using two fingers of each hand, it makes wayy more sense tto use 4 fingers of one hand, such as apple suggested it. itll work with both hands as well, but wouldnt make really sense wouldnt it ;) nice try though, im not complaining regarding that your probably not that old ;)

I believe the cases for the unibody MacBook's (late 2008) will fit the MacBook Pro's 13 inch (mid 2009). They are exactly the same size, if I'm not mistaken. The only thing the changed was the name, they added a FireWire 800 port and a SD Card slot. Besides that, it is the same thing. Ohh and of course the better screen and longer lasting battery.

hey nice review, i got the same one.... mine get's hot too and loud when i play a cd. and i don't quite get the 7 hour battery life, even with the brightness all the way down and not many applications running, the most i could get is like 4 hours
