So heres my take on it. I'm pretty sure you can sing. I'm cool with changing a song completely when doing a cover, I think thats what a cover is, is putting your own vibe into a song. The thing is, after its been changed, if it doesnt sound good, then it doesnt matter if its performed well or not. its not going to be good. I think you took a good song, rearranged it poorly, then performed it well.
