  • Yo Scott, How much can you curl? like max. i'm sure you could bench a 45 plate and then some!

  • OOK! I'ma troll all your videos Scott!!!

  • I don't lock out as it hurts my joins

  • yea! get those biceps shredded!

  • I don't do these because I find it puts stress on my wrists.

  • @sstslayer same here.

  • @sstslayer yeah me too, use a cable machine and do your curls with the rope. Its gonne be much more easier

  • @sstslayer try doing less weight to start off with. Also try doing some wrist and forearm exercises as well to strengthen your wrist. By doing this, you should feel no pain in your wrist, but remember that lifting weights and getting stronger just doesn't happen over night

  • @kroening123 Or it could be the whole fact that curling with your palms facing away from each other can cause stress on the wrists. "By doing this" no, just, no, you can't just tell anybody that if they start light and do this and that will mean that they'll never get the pain in this specific exercise mainly because alot of people have problems with their wrists and the last thing they need is an unnatural movement to add to their pain.

I'm aware nothing happens over night.

  • @sstslayer what do you mean by having your palms face away from each other? Besides doing this exercise, there is also other wrist and forearm exercises to choose from. I'm just trying to help you out

  • @kroening123 Thank you for the kindness but I don't want you to waste your time, I do not plan on ever doing this exercise as I can see no further benefit from it compared to normal bicep curls / EZ bar curls.

  • hey scott, i feel like when im using bars or any other technique that uses both my arms at the same time, i use the strength of one arm more than the other. my right arm in particular, therefore my right arm gets a better workout than my left and it look a little bigger. any advice for this?

  • @333irani333 Use dumbbells instead of bars. Do equal amounts of reps on both sides.

  • hahahaha i'm so used to seeing you workout already...and ure getting huge, dont become a monster, please...ure gorgeous

  • Wow :)

  • i would like you to give more tips rather than just showing 200 extersizes. Hope you see this, thanks.

  • Hey Scott i have a Question.Does Amino 2222 has a bad effect in brain?

  • you are spectacular, scott. as a gay man, (and i assume women) i like ripped but lean. over-built is awful. you look so fine right now. don't over do it still, that bulge in your shorts is what dreams are made on. oh, yeah, i know you are straight. oh, well. that's what i meant by dreams. all power to you, man.

  • @bebenic Fuck off faggit

keep ur dreams to ur self

  • @JTPickford eat shit and die, asshole.

  • @bebenic Only homos like you do that. enjoy fudge packer

  • @JTPickford

wtf is your problem? what did i do to you? leave me alone, bitch.

  • @JTPickford

You need to cure your hate man!

  • @drobilica you need to cure ur gayness. FUCK FAGGOTS

  • @JTPickford No, you need to cure your homophobie and stupidity!

  • @bebenic see if i said that shit to a girl i'd get slapped. "those tits under that low cut shirt are what dreams are made on" ahah

  • @wingdamn

it's not the same thing. guys say good stuff to each other and bad stuff. the difference is that guys can physically defend themselves against an unwanted advance. scott has made it clear that he is not gay, but that does not mean that men are averse to compliments. if you think about it, if men would say shit to each other like women do (nice hair, cool shoes, nice pants, the color of your shirt make your eyes more brilliant) we would not be killing each other.

  • @bebenic lol yeah i know scott isnt gay but still there's a difference between "your hair looks really nice today" and "dayumm those titties get me going errrrynight" lol.

  • @wingdamn you may have a point, buddy. i don't mean any harm. scott is a good man. anyway, it's the size of the heart, not the size of the wiener. what if i had said, "nice bulge, no homo"? would that mitigate the circumstance? lol. peace, pal.

  • @bebenic lol naw man dont make serious i was just making an observation, how gay men can pretty much just come onto a str8 guy and it'd be seen as fun and whatnot, but its differnt if a guy does that shit to a girl lol. cuz most my gay (male) friends are hella straightforward when it comes to this kinda stuff, like "you look sexy in that shirt" or sumthin aha none of my female friends say dat lol.

  • cool.

  • @bebenic

As a gay man I would compliment another man, gay or straight, by saying: "nice pecs; abs; biceps; shoulders; glutes; etc.". I would not compliment his "bulge", especially not on a public forum like YouTube.

  • @RealBigLittleTim

you tube is a largely an anonymous site when it comes to commentary. look, i made an offhanded comment. was it inappropriate? i dunno. i have nothing but respect for scott. if i crossed a line, it should be he whot says so. not you. the fact remains that he is awesome in many respects. why would you make a mountain out of a molehill? how many times must i say this? it's the heart of the man that counts.

  • @bebenic

Oh... Nice body Scott. Great physique.

  • @bebenic ROFL FML

  • @bebenic

aha, that bulge is the first thing I'm looking in vids, after the one is found I can concentrate on the workouts! ;)) I also think that Scott is one nice person, and he is in my top five people I would like to have by my side.

I'm sending my kisses to all good people, straight, gay... everyone with good will and big heart !

  • @bebenic wtf

  • @AMDdann LOL

  • @bebenic fuck you

  • @TheTheKRIT

    no. FUCK YOU!

  • hey scott nice video, just a quick question - ive been working hard at the gym for the last few months mainly focusing on my abs, im happy with my body right now and i have to go on a school camp next week for 10 days of non stop hiking (12-15 miles a day) with heavy backpacks, should i do crunches and push ups at night to stay in shape or will the hiking be enough?? thanks for all your help!

  • @cunners1000 Im not Scott, but my advice is this, if you are walking 10-15 miles a day, you are going to be very very lean.

  • @cunners1000 I'll answer this one, even tho it is far too late.

Don't be afraid of a week off from exercise lifting, good for the body.

  • I was talking to my friend about my gym goals are, and I was like I WANNA BE LIKE SCOTT HERMAAAAANNNNN, he didnt know who you were :(

  • scott are you going to post a update on the axis ht supplement

  • @Smurfette2007 yes please do this

  • i would love to have your build good stuff as always

  • body getting some mass Scott...especially in the back, nice

  • @duweyjoe thanks man!

  • @duweyjoe scottys got back

  • Thanks for the help Scott!
