Love the dog. Where do I go to get the pattern for him? I'm still new at carving and computers. It's hard to get old and trying so many new things, but they say variety is the spice of life. Thanks for all you do in helping us beginners.

im new to wood carvning and went to a lunber yard and got a 4 3/4 inch by 7 foot peice of rough bass wood, Is this okay to start off with if i just cut pieces off of it?
