Stop putting your hamsters in such tiny plastic cages. This is not appropriate for any hamster. They need:
1. A Sandbath
2. Enough straw to dig (at least 20 - 30 cm high)
3. Much more space

I use Fiesta MAX for my Dwarf. Its a really good food and she loves it.

you should get nutri-phase gold for hamsters. it is cheap and my hamsters LOVE it!
