  • but do you eat every day all that eggs? i'm not sure it's healthy

  • U DID NOT EAT ALL THAT

  • Why not consider DietOramy diet regime? Have you researched of this? I have uncovered it randomly on Google and that content is simply wonderful... I'm just shedding off my extra fat and becoming much more healthy.

  • yeah thats only about 25g protein :\ the cheese ain't really enough to give you double that! stick a half a tin of tuna in that with the melted cheese and it'd be the business (and you'd exceed 50g protein!

  • U HAVE ROUGHLY 25GRAMS PROTEIN AND A VERY BURNT EGG LOL

  • @DarelleJones

Yeah!Im my off days from the gym,my

    recovery nutrition is custom structures

to repair, recover & rebuild broken down

muscle tissue quickly using special calorie

    & macrunutrient shifting techniques my

muscle recovery is extremely rapid muscle

soreness is often eliminated. I got this from

the body building program at the site:

    MusclesMaximizer.info

  • Now don't get me incorrect but I've been looking on Google for lots of wholesome

  • Press 4 to 7, fastest egg omelet made!

  • I eat eggs pizza

  • mate is there any other way of getting that kind of protein into brekky whislt still filling you up? 6 eggs a day is pretty expensive

  • The body can not absorb all the protein anyway, you should stick with the 2 eggs with the yolks. And after 3 or 4 hours you can take 2 more eggs. The body CANt absorb all the protein so dont waste your eggs !!

  • @silverkula13 Hmmm interesting. this is a good way to approach nutrition any way as eating every 2 hours etc is a good way to keep lean while feeding muscle. But it really depends on how big you are in height and weight a 70kg man will absorb/need less protein than a guy that weighs 90kg. there is obviously a limit to the amount of protein per meal you can absorb but then the body wont waste resources if it deems them important in the morning the body is more likely 2 absorb more protein

  • why cant we just boil the eggs???

  • ok just running the numbers through a caloriecount.about.com as 4 egg whites, 2 whole eggs and 25g of cheese. The max Calories come out under 300kcals and the protein at most is 32g and thats uncooked, you will lose some of the nutrients through cooking also right? Nice recipe bud, and solid advice for newbies, but I prefer to start my metabolism in the morning, giving it some complex carbs then having this omlette 2-3 hours after.

  • i always fail on the eggs, they never break the way i want ;(

  • Hey man, is there any chance you could lend me some advice on the cardio you do? Or how necessary you think doing cardio is, in relation to diet? Ive watched a few of your vids now and your really interesting man

  • You think 1 whole wheat tortilla would be good source of carbs? 26g carbs, hardly no fat, around 140 calories?

  • @jjjjorman Yes sounds good to me :)

  • @christophela thanks, another question. I know taking creatine postworkout will give you more energy during the workout right? With the adp to atp transformation... Well im taking superpump max for the longest, i cant workout without it, it has caffeine and i know creatine and caffeine dont mix. Would this lag my results if i take both creatine and superpump 30-40 min pre workout?

  • Damn!! That was a nice crack you got out of that 2nd egg...Nice.

  • You should add chopped shallot, chopped mushrooms, a dash o salt and cracked pepper. Umm gud, saute the shallot n mushroom in 1 1/2 tbls of olive oil then add the eggs

  • @luxedeluxepomade MMMmm sounds good :)

  • @luxedeluxepomade holy shit thats exactly what I use (well I use spring onion and mushroom) and it is so good. I also dont bother to flip the omlet. I finish it off in the grill.

  • 50g of protein from 4whites and 2 whole eggs??? Must be fuckin super eggs mate

  • @coadsterlego I said about 50?? its more like 42-45grms, there are about 6.5g of protein in an egg, use large eggs its more like 7g ill change it now on the video

  • @christophela at BEST, there is about 6g of protein in 1 large whole egg! I egg white is at BEST around 4g of protein! You used two whole eggs and 4 whites, (4x4 and 2x6), which is just nearly 30g of protein. Im not trying to hate but if your posting informational videos, you should probably make sure your well informed :/

  • @pragmaticreality if there is one thing that IS FOR SURE is that all nutritional information isnt acurate, it is at best an estimation of averages, people shouldnt get so caught up in exact nutritional guidlines because it is impossible to follow, some sites say there is 7.02g in a large egg whilst others say 6g remeber that this meal has cheese added to it?? if i was to have 1 fried egg this morning and another in the afternoon, do you really think that both those eggs have the same nutrition?

  • @christophela your clutching at straws now mate! Obviously an egg that was cooked differently will have different nutritional value, but your talking about just cooking them on a pan. 7.02g in an egg is just ridiculous, never trust the internet as a primary source of information - And your not even cooking full eggs, not using the yolk will lower protein content. I'm not trying to argue here mate, you know your wrong so just please admit it. I really do love your videos though!

  • @pragmaticreality ok i'll give you the fact that I forgot to factor in the loss of the egg yolk making an impact in the protein content per egg, however....100g of full fat cheese can depending on your favourite cheese pack about 25-30g of protein even if you used 50g of cheese thats still 12.5-15g, which still makes the protein content of this meal approx 45g of protein, I might have made a mistake, but overall the protein content at the end of the meal means I was only 5-10g out? Thanks

  • Would you have carbs in the morning if you are trying to cut and get ripped?

  • @xxxkhafanxxx yes if your trying to cut breakfast is the best time to eat carbs since you will burn them up because you have the rest of the day to get thro, the less time you have left in the day the less carbs you should be consuming because ther is less chance for you to burn the enrgy does that make sense?

  • @christophela

Thanks for the reply. What if i don't eat any carbs but just protein throughout the whole day including breakfast? will my body go and use up the fat straight away?

  • Needs a part 2 on how to avoid the bio-hazard farts!

  • @richardthek actually it stops after sometime. Cream is the one with radioactive effect ;) so after cheatday's it will be good to stay at home.

  • if i eat this every morning go i have to do cardio or sumthing like that? what affect does it have on my body?

  • gona have this tomorrow have a few less eggs as injured shoulder and cant train for a few days :'(

  • this is my diet for muscle building. I weigh 151lbs trying to eat 2800cals a day.

    Breakfast: 3 weetabix

Snack: bowl of 40g oats, whey shake and flaxseed

    Lunch: tuna sandwiches

    Dinner: chicken rice and veggies

    Postworkout: shake

    Bedtime: bowl of 40g oats.

Does my cals seem ok, any diet tips would help.

  • Is that real Caliornia cheese???

  • The yolk has nothing but having high cholestrol

  • Wash it down with a BIG glass of milk... You'll get some Carbs, more protein, some fats... Milk, it's natures steroid.

  • @Adoreg30 You can actually add milk to this to make it more fulffy!

  • @christophela you should eat egg yolks raw...heating oxidizes the double bonds in the fat/cholesterol structure and makes it toxic...notice how you can heat olive oil and when it cools down it does not become liquid..it becomes solid like saturated or trans fats..the chemical structure has changed and you are putting that greasy crap in your body and intestines...but I would avoid eggs and stick to fish/ salmon/tuna raw...+..sugar +loads of portions of fruit a day.

  • @christophela the only reason the bodybuilding sites tell you to eat big, eat carbs, eat protein is so that you try it and find out how inconvenient it all is(lets face it, nobody has time to cook 6 meals a day..NOBODY!!) so that you ask yourself "there must be an easier way"..and there it is..the bodybuilding companies come in with the solution of offering supplement meals(one of your 6 a day in shake form)..and they add a load of crap bunk pseudoscience bits of info in.

  • @christophela how do you think our ancestors survives thousands of years ago?.and grew strong and has adequate sex hormone levels to mate and pass their genetic material onto the next generation?...did they have all these multivitamins and supplement crap and stoves?..hell no!!...nature gives everything the body needs..our diet would consist mainly of raw fruits, fish and some nuts...we would not hunt big animals(like boar/pig) and risk life and limb when we could hunt for wild fish.

  • @christophela your body naturally creates vitamins that are not abundant in diet..for example dogs produce vitamin c in their bodies naturally because they dont eat fruits and are primarily meat eaters...the only animals that dont produce vitamin c are monkeys and humans...dont you think thats a sign from nature that fruits(rich in vitamin c) are our natural main energy source?..oh and we cant produce vit b12 (which is abundant in fish)..so thats another natural food source abundant in our diet.

  • Respond to this video...a lot of other b vitamins and d vitamins can be produced from cholesterol so therefore dont need to be obtained from diet...it is cholesterol that is therefore also very important..and its important to get undamaged cholesterol...undamaged cholesterol sources can be found in fish and raw egg yolk only.

  • 2 whole eggs and 4 white make 24 grams of protein not 50 grams. Each egg has 6 grams of protein and 6 full eggs would make 36 grams of protein. Where did you get these type of information

  • @suryayt01 I measured it in on a nutritional scale, eggs differ in size and quality, 6 medium eggs would have close to 40g whereas 6 large eggs would have closer to 50g, its hard to put strict nutritional limits on anything really, 100g of chicken breast for example might be water weight so its hard to put an exact nutritional limit on it. approximates are good enough.

  • @christophela By a rule of thumb, can you please say how much protein is available in 100 gms of white or 100 gms of yolk and 100 gms of egg in total. What was the net weight of the batter which you made just now. Anyway, I think that 4 whites and 2 full eggs (i.e chicken eggs) can barely have so much protein. If each eggs is 100 gms wt with 50-50% of yolk and white, then I think it's possible tio have so much protein in 4w+2full eggs . In australia and new zealand the largest egg is 67 grams.

  • @suryayt01 yolks dont have much if any protein, it doesnt really matter that much it was only an estimate in the video, its high in protein thats for sure dont forget that its with cheese aswell

  • good vid... throw all them yokes in and pluck out 4

  • you have a lot of finesse in the kitchen.. lol

  • tried this omelette this morning. it was delicious. mine was a bit messy too - but it tasted great, cheers.

  • that looks fucking beautiful

  • may look a mess but its just gna get mashed up in your mouth them shit out, so i cant see why people complain lol

  • Breakfast sorted for tomorrow lool... very good video.

  • need fats low fat aint good for you

  • @Vdjperks There is fat in this breakfast, I said that in the video, its not low fat its just not EXCESS fat!

  • get free range eggs then u wont have to be scared of the cholesterol in the yolk of the egg

  • @Keeperz1 If you have the money yeah go for it but buying like 30 free range eggs is goin to be much more pricey than buying caged or barn hens eggs. Its the harsh reality of life. after all we are in hard economic times, plus free range eggs still have cholesterol in the yolks just a bit less than regular eggs. IMO its just easier to seperate the yolks.

  • you could have made the effort to make it look nice instead of scrambleing it up lol

  • @RINO92xxl It was still an omellete it didnt turn into scrambled eggs, it still had ozzzzey melted cheese in the middle when i cut into it and I ate it all and enjoyed it.....whats the problem, plus its breakfast no one can be bothered with pretty first thing in morning trust me my other meals look more appertising.

  • @christophela haha thats true, personally i cant be fussed with a meal in the morning i just blend whey with a load of oats and get it down me. Im not a big morning eater i find it easyer the luquify a meal lol.

  • Thx for the vid dude!

  • Glad you're back! Great vid.

  • And one more thing, I found that using a non-stick pan is really amazing for cooking just anything in general, it just makes all oil and/or sprays useless.

  • @MrAbtastic top advice, my non stick pan in this video.....useless, if your goin with non stick be prepared to shell out for a good one as the cheap ones just do not work.

  • You should do an update video of you progress, good vid though :)

  • @MrAbtastic you can see a progress pic on my facebook I posted one yesterday, link is in vid description or on my channel page.

  • great vid i enjoyed it but why not have ashake of caesin and a regular fibre breckie?

  • @solidserpant Caesin wouldnt be good in the morning so much as it releases over a period of 6 hours, we need a hit of protein in the morning and having food with alot of calories in it will set your metabolism going after fasting all night. cereal all be it good (most of it) doesnt really pack the calories. quick alternatives to this might have been porridge oats and two scoops of whey protein, but we cant always rely on convienence, our bodies no fool! Glad you enjoyed it thnks for the support.

  • @solidserpant Casein isn't a good protein anyways. It's a marketing gimmick. The reason why it's "slow releasing" is because it's hard on your body to digest. It's used in making glue lol. I was mad when I found that out too haha. I just take whey half an hour prior going to bed. Your body shouldn't digesting food anyways as you sleep.

  • @Issaquan5 Why shouldn't you body digest food while you sleep?

  • @flinagin You know how they so don't eat immediately before going to bed? well same concept. Your body needs to be at rest, inside almost more importantly than the outside. Your digestive organs are muscles don't need to be worked all day long just like our structural muscles need rest. Plus, casein's plain bad for you. Also almost all diseases that aren't heriditary root from the digestive system :) (IMO)

  • @Issaquan5 Never thought about that, thanks.

  • @flinagin no problem. Good luck with what ever your doing.

  • @flinagin you shouldnt have a full stomach before bed, but niether should it be empty, both can interupt sleep, try eating small things before bed, milk, turkey, tuna, peanuts all have trytophan in them which can help you relax by stimulating the release of seretonin in the body. The digestive system doesnt work optimally during sleep but it does still work.

  • @christophela Never really knew that, thanks.

  • @christophela thanks for the clarification!

  • @Issaquan5 Intresting, good to know thanks for the input :)

  • Glad your posting vids again, will try this at some point in the week. Cheers

  • @seanc2462 Thnks for the support :)

  • Why not just have all the yolks? Dietary cholesterol is not the same as the cholesterol in your blood stream. I think all that high cholesterol food stuff is a myth.

  • @MajorMelon calories and fats are a good thing but there is such a thing as excess, all the egg yolks would have been too much, we pretty much just want the massive protein hit to feed our muscles after starving them all night. Its not a myth and is something you need to be aware of, dietry choleterol can have a negative or positive impact on your cholesterol levelsits like everything in life BALANCE IS KEY!

  • @christophela There are no studies showing dietary cholesterol is bad for you. Therefor it is a myth.

  • @MajorMelon I didnt say it was bad I said it can have positive and negative effects. chemical changes, drugs, stress etc can all cause high cholesterol levels, any in balances in your diet can cause fluctualtions in lowering or increasing your cholesterol levels which is something that people should be aware of. But thanks for the input, if you have any more info on the subject im all ears :) cheers

  • @MajorMelon LDL and HDL cholesterols there's a difference but im not sure what lol
