With the amount of money the publishers used to fight an unwinnable battle like this, they could lower prices on their games and cause less piracy. Really, there isn't as much as they say there is, the real reason is that people just don't want to buy their shit. $60 for a 6 hr. single player game with a focus on recycled online MP just isn't cutting it anymore, but the devs and publishers don't see that. To them it's all because of pirates and used games, not that their games suck ass.
