I wish I could take credit, but I did not build it. How it was made though? I know this answer. The builder took a moped frame, welded some brackets on the frame to mount 2 Honda Goldwing bags. He trimed them out and wired it up. I re-did the wiring when I bought, so I took the entire trailer apart. It was really a cool idea on the builders part and pulled very nice. I have no idea who the builder was or were he is located. I bought it 2nd hand off Ebay. I also sold it on Ebay. Hope this helps.
