what kind of forum 'application' (module/applet?) are you using?

i love invision power inc forums. they seem to work nicely. I never worked long with the full version but I've used the free ones plenty of times. I've been members of paid invision boards but never had to start them up (I think the only problems that the root admin had to deal with was actually having the money for the payments but there were no problems with actual maintenance). I think that updates went smoothly as well.

@Gamingsince1997 That would be very doubtful. If you haven't download anything. You're probably safe. Just in case, cookies can be strong so I'd advise you to clear your browsing data.

I had the same problem on the website with Google Chrome, it stopped me from going there because it hosted malware. What was that about?

You should use MyBB its the closest you may get to a vBulletin forum
