you look like youre really close to getting it but i think you should attempt it with a bar that is a little higher. try to find one where the bar is near the height of your forehead.

i have taught girls pullovers a million times and they usually have a lot of difficulty doing it with bars that are too low

you are suposed to do a pull up and then hold then pull your feet over the bar.

no its actually easiest to do a pullover wen the bar is by ur waist. the girl in the black leo can't do the pullover because she not pulling enough for her leg to go over...in a bar thats at ur waist you just have to kick but on a bar up to ur forhead you have to really pull and bring your leg over.
