Oh, but he has so many crises when he came into office. The banks failed, and he was so busy handling, uh, no, I mean handing that over to Bush's appointees. They came up with an innovative solution of giving money to rich people. What a huge change! Between that and shaping the healthcare IT market to favor one of his top contributors and Chicago-land cronies, he's just been too busy to do all that ending war stuff.
