  • Jesus christ. the car is bound to fall apart. Its put together with nails, stapples or bluetac. In thery not fact

  • lol look at the wheel at

    2:46

  • Surely someone travelling on the bonnett can't count as being in the car can it? My

2CV was hairy on corners with only 4 up!

  • That's quite good considering we could only get 35 people in a Eurovan. Even then, we couldn't drive it. Although it would have helped if it didn't have a roof.

I am surprised the 2cv could actually drive that way. Very impressed.

  • Seat belts ?

  • How did it actually move with 22 people in it? LOL

  • Well done. Funniest thing I've seen tonight.

  • ¿cuanto torque? ¿cuanta capacidad de carga?

  • dumbass's the ones climbing through boot were in the boot when it drives around, they obviously had to climb off turn round and climb through boot for the final count off.they were squished and facing backwards would have been impossible to turn around and coimb through boot with out getting off, u muppets!!!!!

  • Microspark is right, its a fake they are all climbing in through the boot

  • pobre 2cv!!!! no lo maten asiii!!!!

  • around 1:03 you actually see that people are climbing into the boot as people are getting out, this is a fake.

  • Lol, da ding zakt gewoon na beneeje ^^

  • I thought boyracers were bad but that takes the biscuit.

  • 22 people in a 2 cv and it's still running! AMAZING!

  • this model probably have 22 or 23 hp and a 603 cc engine (i'dont know exactly all the 2cv model's)

  • I can't believe it had enough power to move 22 people.

they only had what? like 8 or 9 hp.

  • no! As far i remember, 2 CV has about 35-40 Hp (last models made).

I think (i'm not sure) the 1955 first model had about 22-25 hp

  • "The car featured an air-cooled, flat-twin, four-stroke, 375 cc engine, with the notoriously underpowered earliest model developing only 9 bhp DIN (6.5 kW). A 425 cc engine was introduced in 1955, followed by a 602 cc (giving 28 bhp (20.5 kW) at 7000 rpm) in 1968. With the 602 cc engine the tax classification of the car changed so that it became in fact a 3CV, but the commercial name remained unchanged.

  • A 435 cc engine was introduced at the same time in replacement of the 425 cc, the 435 cc engine car was christened 2CV 4 while the 602 cc took the name 2CV 6 (nevertheless it did take the name 3CV in Argentina). The 602 cc engine evolved to 33 bhp (24 kW) in 1970;

  • this was the most powerful engine fitted to the 2CV. A new 602 cc giving only 29 bhp (21.5 kW) at a slower 5750 rpm was introduced in 1979." thats what it says on wiki, i'm not shure but I think it's about right. and there was a Type A 2CV in 49' I belive.

  • Sorry, It wouldn't let me post more than 500 Letters at a time. :-(

  • The 2cv never had 40hp and the 50's models never had 25hp.

    Here's some clarification:

    49-55: 375cc 9hp

    54-61: 425cc 12hp

    61-62: 425cc 13,5hp

    62-63: 425cc 14hp

    63-70: 435cc 24hp (26hp SAE)

    70-90: 602cc 29hp (33hp SAE)

So, this one is a 29hp which reaches 115km/h.

  • i bet these are gonna come back and with 9hp yes 9hp motor only Diesel

  • lol

  • is that a world record?

  • great vid!! try doing that in the UK..

  • Beat that Hummer!!
