actually you don't need to shut down your computer just go into task manager and end the "process tree" of any of the cmd.exe programs by right clicking and clicking end process tree in the drop down list. Hope this helps to people who want to try it on themselves and don't want to have to shut down there computer and restart it.

ROFLMAO!!! This is NOT a virus at all! and its not blank pages, its CMD! DUH! And you don't have to turn off your PC!! All you have to do is press Ctrl+C and Type Y, then push Enter.. DUH Cancel the batch. And it only Spams 221 Windows...

lol not a virus but yeah. you can save it in the start up folder. then everytime you start your computer it executes the popups. bahhahahah anyone know how to stop that?

you can also do the shutdown -r -t 0

place it in the start up then your comp will restart endlessly

@Solado Bat is very harmful. I can delete whole ur fucking system with a 2 kb file + Bat is a great way spreading ;) easy to change icon + exe convert, bind with file and rename .com and suddenly you got a pro virus. You can make batch files connect to ftp's. So gg.
