It's an interesting question. It looks like the DS is better at handling textures than the N64, but it also has a lower resolution and little or no texture filtering to deal with. My guess is, the N64 could handle a more or less accurate port of MK:DS, but it would take a lot of work because of the system design and performance bottlenecks.

@kikuyey Practice. Also, Wario has more top speed and he is heavy, he loses less speed when he is hitted. But he is slow at the beggining, you have to practice with heavy characters.

get the wii version if you also have a wii graphics are much better and also the wii version has tracks from and ds also, only with better graphics and when you get 1st place you get 15+ points instead on 10+ points. WII IS MUCH BETTER
