I watched most of those Notre Dame/USC games through 1988 to 1996 and with the exception of 1988 and 1995-those games were close, Notre Dame won them all but to say Notre Dame blew them out is incorrect.

and i mean, this might just be me here, but even though you have been so mediocre for such a long time now (don't get me started on your 2006 team) it seems as if whenever you get off to a good start to the season the entire world thinks you are "back to the golden days". weis won't lead you there...sorry. you waste the talent you recruit my man. your schedules are often weaker or just as weak as OSU, so don't give me the free ride garbage. osu michigan has more prestige than usc-nd end of story

oh, and i am a believer in head to head competition, and i know you guys beat osu in the thirties, but i will throw out some facts that actually pertain to people that have actually been alive to witness some of these games:
1995- OSU 45-26
1996- OSU 29-16
2006 Fiesta- OSU 34-20
oh, and you had lost 9 straight bowl games (overrated much?) dating back to 1995, although you broke your slump against the might hawaii warriors. a return to glory...sweet! that should stir up the echoes in 09
