  • Hiyaaaa! Have you tried - fast abs magic (Have a quick look on google cant remember the place now)? Ive heard some pretty good things about it and my mate got beautiful 6 pack abs and lost crazy amounts of belly fat with it.

  • Oh hello! Have you ever tried - fast abs magic (do a search on google)? Ive heard some amazing things about it and my father got really defined Six pack abs and lost lots of fat with it.

  • Hiyaaaa! Have you thought about - fast abs magic (Have a quick look on google cant remember the place now)? Ive heard some unbelivable things about it and my m8 got detailed 6 pack abs and lost a lot of weight with it.

  • @xXxJoexXx

I was a bit skeptical about the

    MusclesMaximizer.info

program. I know that Kyle Leon

    who designed the program had

    a solid reputation among fitness

buffs,so I decided to give it a try.

And in just a short weeks, my

    muscles were starting to appear

    visibly.. :))

  • this website is bogus

  • went from 6'3" 145-6'3" 178 in 9 months. its all about diet you guys!

  • @mauser257 bodybuilding is 85% diet. People seem to forget this, /shrug.

  • @withered962 Yeppp, if you dont have your diet down, youll never see gains!

  • The video is very informative. I just wanted to share to you guys about a link of a site that helps you gain lean muscles and achieve the lean muscular look you ever wanted. Its all FREE. Youtube won't allow me to post the link but I posted it on my profile. You can check it out there.

  • Assuming you maintain the same % of Body fat, the most anyone can expect to gain naturally is 5 to 10 lbs of muscle, maybe 15 in the first year. With the exception of kids in puberty, anyone gaining much more than 15 a year is more than likely on something unnatural. And thats 5 -10 lbs with flawless nutrition and who works out pretty much religiously.

  • I weigh only 100lbs and my height is 5 7' how can i reach 140-150 lbs? I have received medical clearance from my doctor.

  • im short and skinny. only 5'6 :( im only 15 though so ill should get taller

  • Im another one of those lanky tall guys who used to blame ny genetics for being a beanpole. 3 months ago, i decided to get my arse in gear, work out, eat more, drink more, and buy protein shakes, since then ive gained almost a stone. Its not genetics, its dedication, and putting in the effort. if you cant be fucked to work out, your body wont get big. simple as that.

  • you forgot to mention protein. just consuming random calories will make you gain fat and not as much strength/muscle

  • really helpful vid. wats ur email?

  • thankyou!

    helped so much

  • im 5'9 145 lbs. and 19 years old. my dad is skinny and im exactly like him. do genetics play a roll in gaining mass? i really want to build my mass up

  • @KOdrummer420 Genetics play a role in that if you're a high metabolism, you'll burn more calories in a day - therefore you need to eat more in order to build up. It's not all bad - you'll find it easy to stay lean, rather than the opposite, which is killing yourself with cardio in order to stay thin. Just eat more and you'll get big!

  • Hey great video bro, similar story as me. I've gained 63 pounds so far... Check out my channel.

  • hey great video, im 5'6 and skinny and have a fast metabolism, and im currently working out and eating alot will i see results if i dedicate myself by eating, working out and drinking muslce milk?...and is eating mcdonalds a good way for calories?

    please i need good advice.

  • great video =).. I am 18 year old and is working out for around 2 years... I have got very good cutting but lack mass... I just want to gain around 12-15 pounds and my diet is also good and enriched with calories but still i don't get the results i want ! ... So now i think i should take mega mass 2000 or 4000 ... Kindly advice me if i should take it or not ??

  • THANKS SO MUCH FOR YOUR ADVICE ...MY NEAR YEAR RESOLUTION IS TO GAIN 20 KILOS!

  • finally someone that tells it how it really is.. thank you

  • Ive been workin on my bofy quite a time. taking weight ganer, stuffing myself full at meals as much as i can. working out pretty much every day and very well, if my the muscles dont hurt. If there is a tip that any1 has, i would like to know.. I am thinking about taking something that pushes my testosterone a little, so I can work out even more, and the muscle gains even more. (a legal supplement).

  • 15 lbs in 3 weeks, 10 of which are fat, 4lbs are water, and only 1 lb of muscles. There's no freaking way you can gain 15 lbs of muscles in just 3 weeks, not even with steroids, so stop bullshitting people, because inexperienced persons might believe you. Oh actually wait, I'm guessing you want to sell something on your website, so bullshitting seems like the only way to go.

  • @Kolgart who say 15lbs in 3 weeks ? is 30lb in 12 months

  • are u related to gerard butler?

  • I do 4 days of work straight and see the result in 3 month with no problem I did exactly what he said in the video about the protein and carbs and the calories. But my quiestion is should i keep working 4 days and take 3 days off or 1 day of work and 1 day of and the 1 day work etc. ? is it a bad thing ?

  • @diegotutiven The important think to remember is to work the same muscle only once a week.

  • 15 lbs in 3 weeks... Not physically possible :LLLL

  • That's the greatest screen resolution I've ever seen on YouTube.

  • its called steroids

  • I was in none of those positions

  • bull shit you chat out your arse mate

  • Hey i weigh 140 pounds and am going to play Cornerback/WideReciver(football) for my senior year and got only 3 months before the season starts.... does it realy take 12 months to gain 30 pounds? i wanna be at least 150 or 160 pounds

  • @editenrique is a long way bro, I used to be 135 and i gain 20 in 4 month.

  • Hey i weigh 140 pounds and am going to play Cornerback/WideReciver(football) for my senior year and got only 3 months before the season starts.... does it realy take 12 months to gain 30 pounds? i wanna be at least 150 or 160 pounds

  • Great instructural video. I'm trying to bulk up as I'm naturally skunny and It's pissing me off people saying I should eat more. But I can never find foods that I enjoy eating as I'm a fussy guy. Is there a list of high calorie foods which would be perfect for putting on weight fast? I weighed myself every day through training and saw no progress so I gave up. I've been on the same weight for 4 years.

  • I wish everyone was like this guy, When I go to the gym (very rarely) people look at me as if to say " what are you doing here?" lol. I dont think they realise how hard it is to bulk up when you're skinny.

  • @XxFanMadeTrailersxX To build lean muscle mass you have to work hard. Eating more food won't build muscle. Your body responds to stress and compensates in the recovery by making your muscles stronger, so you need to be doing this as often as you physically can without making yourself overtrained/fatigued. No skinny guy should wnat to put on loads of fat, just be patient and work hard for your gains in muscle mass. Having a good diet can only supplement your workouts and lifestyle.

  • I have a few disagreements with you concerning muscle stress and recovery too. Even the most conservative trainers estimate that it takes 48 hours any muscle group to recover fully, and I am of the philosophy that by training on consecutive days, with the odd muscle confusion session thrown in (where you mix it up and try to get unique movement to stimulate extra muscle growth), you get much better results than with longer recovery periods, although it does generate a lot of soreness initially.

  • Your body fat content will rocket if you eat 3750 calories a day when your maintenance level is 2800. That's because, your exercise is already priced in on these calculators. All you are doing by eating so much is storing fat, and that's counter-productive when you're looking to boost your confidence in your workouts because the fat will hide any muscle you're building underneath it.

  • You cannot build lean muscle in the kind of time you're talking about. With a great diet and great workout programme, the most you can realistically expect in 10 weeks is between 6-10lbs of weight in lean muscle. Carb retention is not the same thing as building lean muscle. I am a naturally slim person with small joints, and it takes a hell of a lot of sweat and effort for me to put on 6lbs of lean muscle in a 6 week period, and I have a good diet. The only way to build muscle is the hard way.

  • i agree man. there are a lot of gym equipment out there that just doesn't seem to work for everyone. i remember when i was getting my pecs in better shape, and i tried almost every machine, even did push ups, and still didn't see a difference, then, i got on the this one machine, called the "fly", first time ever, and boy did i feel a difference.

  • does anybody kno if the weight gain shake works??

  • 15lbs n three weeks? a good 8 lbs or more of that is waterweight, fat, and an overload of food in his stomach.1 pound a week is the amount of muscle u can gain naturally

  • @Stifledsubmission correct.

  • Richard, you are absolutely right. There is no secret.Eat a lot in in 6-8 smaller meals a day, train hard 3 times a week and get enough rest! That is all ´´the secret´´.Stop blaming your genetics and start doing this things and you all skinny guys are goint to make it.You don´t need proteins shakes.Nothing is better than proteins in food.Good luck to all skinny guys, because I was one and it isn´t a good thing being that scrawny for your conidence.Eat alot, train heavy and rest!

  • Your right!!!!!

  • 3 steps to gain muscle....hmmm lets see. 1) EAT alot 2) TRAIN alot 3) STEROIDS!

  • Carbs will fuel your body, fuel your workouts, AND fuel the repair process of your muscles. Then the proteins are used as the builiding blocks for muscle. Protein companies want you to believe you needs tons and tons of protein. If your natural a regular diet provides more than enough protein. When you start working out you will natural get more hungry so you will eat more. Simply "monitor" your hunger and you will eat accordingly. compound basic excercises have been getting guys big for years.

  • The great oak Arnold himself said if you could gain 5-10 pounds of muscle a year your doing great. I have been natural bodybuilding for 5 years now and gained around 5-10 pounds a year on average. I have learned the hard way though about diet. Science sais in THEORY the human body has the capacity to create ONE POUND of muscle a week. Does not mean you will though thats just the maximum possible. One pound of muscle CONTAINS 100 grams of protein. THATS ONLY 10-15 EXTRA GRAMS OF PROTEIN A DAY.

  • its simple.. eat eat eat eat eat.. and lift heavy if u want mass... its so damn simple.. why are like 1234234234234 differnet shmoes trying to act like thay are spcecial doctors.. man some people are bored

  • that right arm is al ot bigger than the left. just sayin

  • How a Skinny Guy Gained 30 Pounds of Muscle in 12 Months: well I implemented a strict regiment of whacking off as much as possible. Combine this with a balanced diet, and voila, your once skinny right arm will now be bulging and full of sexy veins...

  • It doesnt affect you! coz you do it for such a short amount of time.

  • its just the angle of the camera

  • mustang372003 has no idea

  • this guy speaks more sensibly than most people i have seen. this appears to be more practicable.

  • this guy knows what hes talking about, but just do p90x and u should be ready to go !!!

  • he speaks the truth. for all skinny people, this is how you gain weight

  • This guy is right in many ways but he didn't once mention the importance of protein and he didn't state what foods to get your calories from.

  • he forgot a good whey protein supplement

  • I found your video very to-the-point, with clear and simple advice. Well done, and ...Thanks.

  • good video

  • I put on 20 ilbs in 2 months its called eat alot workout 2 hrs a day 4 days a week and take no2

  • yeah right you couldnt gain shit lifting 8 hours a week and taking only NO.

  • liarrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr

  • You can't compare a pro bodybuilder to a skinny guy, since pro bodybuilders like Ronnie have surpassed their natural capability to build muscle. It gets slower the more muscle you've got. Your muscles need longer to regenerate and they are using all that kinda drugs to enhance their regeneration but the gains are small at that level.

  • small video...

  • Comment removed

  • sorry but you ARE WRONG. I gained 30 lbs in four and a half months and still dropped my body fat 3%. You don't know what you're are talking about.

  • Comment removed

  • thats not right man, I've built 20 lbs of muscle in the last 2 months, Fat is minimal

  • Comment removed

  • That is simply not true, I have done it, I train at the Irish National Coaching and Training Center with many guys who know exactly what they are talking about, including the Irish Rugby Team and our Olympians. With a high calorie intake 30 pounds of muscle gain is well achievable within a year. Look at Anthony Ellis or any other hard gainers who focused on gaining muscle. If only 5 - 10 lbs a year was possibe no one would get anywhere!

  • and second of all, if your making 5-10 lbs of muscle a year you are getting somewhere! in a decade you'll put over 50 lbs of muscle on youyr body! open your eyes bro, all the best bodybuilders in the world bulk up in off season and only put on around 5-10 lbs a year with perfect nutrition, now are you going to argue with professional bodybuilders, in a interview with jay he said he put on 7 lbs on muscle on in off season and he was over the moon, 20 lbs off muscle in a year hahahhahahahhahhaha

  • Comment removed

  • Its called hard work and dedication. 5-10 lbs a year is acceptable when you get to the size that jay cuttler is, but someone who is just beginning to workout and is lifting hard will see substantial growth very quickly. It happened to me and im continuing to get bigger.

  • I'm still skinny but I bulked up 20-30 pounds on a routine of only push-up, doing ab rollers, and plyometrics. I used to do weights but now I realize the potential of my body-weight. And I alternate between a Spartan workout every other week. I'm still gaining but only a pound every two weeks.

  • I also take whey protein supplements.

  • Please post a nutrition meal guide for an unemployed person. Because having these meals require good financial stability. you have to constantly support the nutrition in your body.

  • If you wanna really push yourself, try doing what I did today..

Hour of Basketball, hour and a half of Heavy-ass Arm exercises.. 4 workouts for each part.. Bicep, tricep Forearm. .

then another half hour of Basketball.

im so fucking Pooped now. ive already taken a 2 hour nap.

  • Whoopidy fucking doo

  • Dont be a wanker !!!

  • the same level i thought of doin roids but with work and stuff i just quit working out and gave up on that possability.

  • I've never done steroids, but the problem is, from what I understand, once you're on them, you're on them for life. When you stop, you tend to lose the gains you made.

    Be careful.

  • totally man, plus they turn your internal organs and cardo-vascular system to shit! Good vid some good tips but is one week between working each muscle group quite a while? I've been working certain grouops 2 - 3 times a week and seen good gains. thanks

  • ok, ok, first off all, if it was possible to put 30lbs of muscle on in a year, wouldn't everyone look like ronni coleman..!?

  • Thats not entirely true. Most morons in the gym who use steroids loose the weight as they have no knowledge of what they are actually doing. It is possible to keep all of your muscle gains while on steroids. However the water retention will diaspear. I recommend using creatine and taurine directly after finishing PCT. If you dont know what PCT is then do not touch steroids yet. Your not ready. PCT=Post Cycle Treatment

  • @bulkupfast hahaha that's the biggest load of crock i've ever heard XD

  • thanks 4 da tips !! i have a question. sometimes i miss out breackfast cuz im a dj and i work in to late hours like 4 am so i tend to eat lunch first at 1pm than dinner at 8 pm than after work around 4.30 i eat my breackfast is this wrong ? i also work out and i take super mega mass 2000.i just started working out againe, i rember the first time bought 1 year ago i put on good weight but after 3 or 4 months i didnt see my self passing

  • The main thing is to eat more calories than you burn, and to eat every 2-3 hours during the day. If you're eating 3500-4000 calories a day, you'll build up. If not, you won't.

  • You are ABSOLUTELY correct... I have been working out for 8 years now and the only time I have seen significant gains was when I was living on the road for business because we ate out EVERY night - MASSIVE calories appetizers, steak, cheese ETC- you MUST eat a ton and you MUST lift HEAVY weights- you should be sore the next day almost every time or you are doing it wrong!

  • Exactly right. Actually I don't agree on the soreness issue - some people get sore, others don't so much. I think the diet is actually the most important part, and the bit that gets overlooked the most.

  • Ya I've been mixin up my workout on a daily basis so I get the most gains... I'm hardly EVER sore. BUT, I do also eat about 5 or 6 meals a day. I'm not on any supplements and not seein any major gains, just little gain over little time.

  • @bulkupfast if u work hard enough u anybody sure as hell will be sore

  • very interesting video, i am going to follow your advice and see what happends. could you give some more examples of the compound exercises that we should be doing.

  • Go to the bulkupfast website, stick your email address in and get the ecourse - it tells you what exercises to do,and what to eat.

It's too much to explain here, unfortunately.

  • sweeeet thanks for the tips you look like you know what your talking about and you understand the situations unlike some other trainers

  • amazing video im a qualified fitness instructor and this info is spot on n well delivered

  • Hope this helps me from getting my ass kicked at school

  • oh an how much should i eat too?? (in calories)

  • Same as your maintenance calories - to keep the same weight, you eat as much as you burn. Make sure you eat 1 gram of protein per pound of bodyweight to keep the muscle (so if you weight 150, eat 150 grams of protein a day).

  • cool, thanks alot maan

  • i dnt know why ppl keep sayin dat dis is sum sorta scam or whaeva when all it is is informative, informative, imformative!! an free. ulot are jokas maan.. d guys tryna help ppl man, jeez!! neways dis videos da shit!! betta dan all the otha 'pay b4 u get d info' shit out there..

i was jus wonderin tho, wha should i eat when cutting?? (for when i gt to dat stage)an how should i train?? im 5'6, weigh about 133lbs(started training an bulking propperly last wk)an ma maintenance is about 2300cals

  • Hey guys - good news. I've finally got my email back up and running, so you can email me direct if you want, rather than send emails on here.

  • Good Video Everything he says is true

  • sounds really good , but i dont think you should recomend adding weight that fast, my advice is aim for 2-3lb a week slowly adds up.

,, dont add 15lbs in your 1st 3 weeks.. unless your not just an ectomorph your an skinny etheopian whos about to die.

Also without juice you cant add much more then 1 lbs a week in actrul muscle.specialy with ectomorph genetics.. ( i am an ectomproh)

And it nt impossible to get big just to many part timers body buidling is a full time thing.

  • You can gain weight quickly - I find you can gain up to around 15 pounds in the first 2-3 weeks, but then this tails off and becomes more muscle gains than fat. After that, 2 pounds a week is realistic.

  • this is 1 of the most helpful videos ive seen on youtube!

  • im no expert on all this, but just listening to his voice and the way he speaks, he really doesnt know what hes talking about

  • im no experted but thebargie is a nob

  • Actually everything he says does bare the logic of bodybuilding, however bulking up that fast is slightly misleading. Its not realistic to expect more than a pound of muscle per week, gain much more than that and your probably adding alot of fat

  • Well, I'm not a public speaker but thanks for the pop-psychology observation.

TerryTarget is right in a sense - the first 2-3 weeks of a program offer the most chance to gain a lot of muscle. You can gain LOADS of weight (10-15 pounds I find) and most of it is muscle. After that time it's mostly fat.

There is a plan called the 'ACBDE' plan that utilises that principle - google it.

  • All fine until you said this:

    "isolation exercises for toning up"

    no no no

I hate the word tone, the only way you appear "toned" is through low body fat %, therefore you nutrition. Dont give me that isolation bull phit.

  • ur eating toooooooooo many calories you only need 300-500 more than your maitnence thats why you experience fat gains!!!

  • It's a lot of Carbs that you need not calories.

  • wrong, you need alot of calories to meet your bodies caloric needs, THEN protein to build muscle...carbs contain almost twice as many calories per unit than fat or protein...which is why carb's main function is to provide energy to the body and in case you try to dispute me, i have my NESTA personal training certification...kthxbai

  • Listen to humuncan - he is talking a shitload of sense here.

  • If you want a stronger lifting routine to gain mass look up super squat program. Its legit and free and given a lot of recognition from Iron Mind. Which in my opinion one of the best lifting names out there. its a routine where you can see gains of 20lbs of muscle in 2 months. Warning though make sure you have form from the beginning before you get to higher weights. Or there is the Pavel routine with the kettlebell. Those two are probably the best routines to get you into it.

  • i'm 6'3/4 and before i went to the gym i was 71kg, been there about 3 months put on 4kg, not amazing but its progress, starting to use freeweights now instead of the machines that do half of the work for you, Strngthening up i am. on dips machine went from 40kg-15kg, flyes etc. ive went up atleast 2 or 3 dumbells, abs are rubbish tho... ill maybe put a video up next summer.

  • im 6"5 and 12 months ago i was 77kg

    now im 93kg

all thanks to dianabol and prop/enanthate.

    haha

  • one word---scaaam from the U.K.

  • It always amazes me when people say 'scam' at any video on youtube. I haven't tried to sell you anything, and I've given you a bunch of info that you can use right now, for free!

    What more do you want?

  • i'm 5'6

    and i weight 111 lbs

any tips for gaining weight? :(

  • I learnt alot of this video. Thank you very much for posting it. And yes, i am also one of those guys that's skinny and fairly tall. I'm "slimm", which sucks. As said, thanks for the vid!

(If you're bored, feel free to give me some eating tips for better bulking nutrition etc.)

  • Crossfit, crossfit crossfit. I have gained 5 pounds of muscle in 4 months.

  • yeah i use to weigh 50kgs (110 pounds) and in the span of 6 months gained 25kgs (55 pounds). Skinny guys can indeed become big : )

The tip is a lot of bread

  • is this true? i want to gain weight.

im 5'9 but im only 110 lbs

what do u think can i do?

  • also I worked out so those of you who read this dont assume im fat now

  • u really are a dick

  • If you want to use steroids, that's your choice. The problem with steroids is that once you start taking them, you're pretty much on them for life - because when you stop, the gains pretty much fall off.

My aim is to help people build a lifestyle that is sustainable - where they have their gym routine and diet in order.

  • 30lbs in 12 months?

You gained 2.5lbs per month or 0.625lbs per week on average.

    Congratulations on your gains.

  • Thanks.

Actually it didn't workout like that. I gained most of it in a 3 month bulk, then did nothing for a while, then gain the rest in another couple of months.

I then realised that I should just stick with what worked, and threw out the rest - hence this program.

  • Really good advice.. I can say because I too was a skinny guy (see my vids). The only thing is, the '15 lbs' in 3 weeks thing.. it is most likely water weight and muscle. When someone first jumps on a bulking diet, all the carbs make you store water.. The max muscle you can gain in a week is around 400 grams... more than that would be water and fat.. Anyway great video and advice!

  • Guys, to note - if you sign up to the course and have sent me an email and I haven't replied, please email me on here.

I can't get access to my bulkupfast emails at the moment, annoyingly.

  • does this work for teenagers E.G im 15

  • It will work, but you should get advice from a medical professional first. Your bones may still be developing and I'm not sure how working out will affect that.

I'm not a doctor, so wouldn't want to risk advising you on that.

  • yes me 15 too

  • This shit is informative. Thanks.

  • You're very welcome - thanks for your comment.

  • Wow, you are extremely funny... Go fuck yourself dickhead.

  • Sounds like you've really checked this out in depth. How you can say it is a 'skeem' when I'm not selling anything is beyond me.

  • you want to sell me your story!

  • lol

  • ok so my mate, used to weigh 55kg's. Over 3-4yrs he know weight 95kgs. By eating heaping and training hard he accomplished what he wanted to. So quite plainly you are wrong anout skinny guys will always be skinny.

  • "skinny guys will always be skinny" ?? Oh how wrong you are. Why dont you come on my channel and subscribe, watch me (a skinny guy) build muscle over the next few months, I uploaded my first vid 10 mins ago.

  • I suggest you should re-read his last sentence a little more carefully.

  • i'm 6'3" and i've just started doing this. i've gained 3lbs in 5 days, no lie! i'll keep you updated over the next 6 weeks. cheers!

  • Fantastic - glad to hear you're doing well.

I'll be interesting to see your progress.

  • Hey man how tall are you? I'm 6 ft 3 inches and I wanna know how I could visually turn out with some added package.

  • I'm 6 ft 2. Nicely put comment!

  • Everything this guy said is definately true and these ARE the basic principles of gaining mass. 3 weeks however is totaly unrealistic as it takes 4-5 weeks of weight training to prepare your body before it even begins to build muscle.

  • such, a lie.

  • I dont know why everyone is ragging on this video.. its all true information. If you want to bulk you need to take in more calories than you need to take in to maintain your current build.. you need to work out the muscles.. and of course you need to give them time to rest.. anyone who disagree's is an idiot.. He isen't promoting any product or even asking anyone to buy anything.. Its just 'ole fashin info. Anyone who disagrees clearly "does not do this for a living".. at least I wouldn't pay em

  • Just another guy trying to make money

  • I visited this guys website and subscribed to the free e-mail program. The information in it is basic and accurate, not suited to all but it's a 'bulk-up' website for beginners, if people aren't seeing any results after genuinely taking in and applying the information provided (which was completely free) then I'd suggest they join you for a vibrating plates session, perhaps you could read them a poem in the gymnasium internet cafe after your done working out together?

  • that is such a quality comment! love it!

  • fitnessguru001, you seem to be the stereo typical,
